Paid for manual that l have not recieved. Attempted to get refund on many occasions but they do not reply. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone.

JUST went online for a digital download for a JOHN DEERE LOADER MANUAL, AND paid them, only to find out, they never sent a MANUAL OR ANY DOWNLOAD!
ONLY thing they sent is a thank you for the purchase and a NOTE STATING,,, IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR DOWNLOAD, to contact them. Well i did they are closed and now i am stuck.
If they were able to send me a letter thanking them then they have correct EMAIL and could send manual, but obvious they are NOT LEGIT! I WILL CALL WELLS FARGO REPORT STOP PAY AND TO BBB

I ordered an online manual for AUD $9.99.
As yet I have received nothing.
My credit card has been charged AUD $19.50 twice, a total of AUD $35.00.
I am about to contact my bank to see if the payments can be stopped.
I have been sucked in complete scam. Don't touch!

I ordered a user manual listed for $9.99 but a charge was put through to my bank for $18.99. I have followed the cancellation and refund instructions to no avail.

Me £14.00. But did not supply the manual. I am still awaiting the refund. I am not convinced this will arrive.

I ordered an industrial manual that they claim they had. The charge was $9.99 and that is what was on my receipt. The actual charge however upon checking with my bank was $18.99. No explanation AND no manual. They said they emailed a link to download and there was no link and no answer to email. This is a SCAM. Buyer Beware!

Did not receive the manual. Site search for manual function on website is a fraud. Over-bills (2x) your credit card.

This company is basically set up to scam Straight away they took twice as much money from my account than what was quoted Ignored my requests for a refund and then reported that they could not find a manual but would keep looking SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

Ordered specific manual they said they had it and gave my card information, only to get feed back that request didn't go through because they don't have manual- but billed by card anyway (even more than quoted).

First quoted $9.00 but charged my card almost twice that. They didn't have the instructions I needed but sent any manual I could download free myself. Refused to give a refund even though they don't have what I need. I was and am still willing to pay them to supply the correct instructions. That doesn't look like it wil happen. Buyer beware!

SCAM
SCAM - beware all-usermanuals take your money but don't deliver the manual requested. Don't believe the the refund process - just keep sending the same email saying you will receive a refund but the money is not returned.

I purchased a manual for $9.99, this was final price. Checked my bank, and my debit card was charged $15.97. I thought this to be odd, so I contacted them by the email given on the site. I never received a response back. I have contacted my bank, and requested a new debit card. VERY MUCH A SCAM, STAY AWAY

Order submitted for $9.99 but charged $12.98
No manual received and other reviews are similar today!

All user manuals.com is a fraudulent site it is listed a price of $9 for a manual when I paid for the manual it was $16 then they emailed me back stating that they had no copy of them manual and they're going to look further for a copy of the manual and it will cost me more to receive the manual if they find it I can buy it on eBay for $12 fraudulent site

I bought it, never received any product, was promised a refund, never happened. And of course I was advised NOT to complain to my credit card issuer. Stay away. NOT a reliable supplier.

Ordered a manual form this company. They sent me the initial purchase email with the $9.99 purchase amount but actually charged my credit card $15.97. Never got the follow-up email with the download information. Did not respond to my emails. I have contacted my bank to dispute the charge and to get a new credit card.
