I've relied on Allen Edmunds for more than 40 years for shoes and belts. Recently, bought a new belt; priced at $US 100. Unlike my other fine belts, some of which are 20 years old; this started to fall apart within less than one year. Discovered that it is glued together! Not a stitch in sight. The new owner is just another money-grubber.
My husband really likes this site. He bought several work shoes from them. So far, they have been keeping up well. They are very attractive and nice quality. I think he will be using the site again when he needs a new pair of shoes.
After only 4 months old, shoe has developed a hole in the soul. Customer service unhelpful, only willing to have item shipped back and reevaluated for possible defect.
Unable to return or have replaced with new item.
