We ordered a poster from them. Unfortunately in the mail it was damaged. We 'phoned and told them what had happened, the guy answering the phone said no problem we will mail you a new one. We offered to send a email with the damage or send the poster back. He did not want either. We received another copy directly. He could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Excellent customer service, would definitely order again from them, this is the sort of service that ought to be shared. There is too many useless companies that basically don't give a s... t. This NOT one of them.
