You are allowed to write out your rules that people are supposed to follow whitch is very nice. It's a way to get free art with out having to beg anyone. No one feels guilty not doing it. Because you never know they were even thinking about doing it. If your a hobbiest or a professional even who just wants to show some love to the public and or subtly advertise yourself this is a really good platform I have no issues. Don't make you expectations to high ofc. You won't always get the best works of art. Your oc might not be to the T but that's not what art fight is about. And it's free.
