Barcelo

While on vacation, we stayed at Barcelo, Santo Domingo. The price was very good and the customer service espectacular.
The only two things that could have made out stay comfortable were, the first day the refrigerator was liking and the floor was wet. They came next day to fixed it and put some towels on the floor for the rest of our stay, and the first night was uncomfortable passing to the bathroom. The second thing, a bit more complicated, every time we were without shoes our feet tuned black, meaning, the rug has not been clean for a while, so the hotel need to shampoo the hotel rug or change the rug. Major fix needed. This is why, I am giving a 3 star.
