Though the quality of German silver was good, the glass beads I ordered were damaged. I would have let go of it as it was around 6-7 beads that were damaged. But the attitude of the service personnel was so arrogant and childish with no sense of accountability. This is not how you should handle complaints. Please do change if you need repeat customers.also bubble wrap glass beads when sending.

I bough jewellery making pliers from them. Such bad quality. It was terrible. I sent pictures and asked to replace. No reply. No refund nothing. Not a genuine site by my experience.

I got my parcel in less than 46 hours in Chennai, i opted for express delivery as i needed to provide my client the finished bracelets on the same day

They refunded for the broken beads and they apologized for the same.
I contacted them and they responded.
