I made my purchase on April 4th from the uk online and received it within a week.my account was easy to set up and there were a wide range of products on an easy to navigate website. I d been trying to locate a part for months and couldnt find it anywhere till I stumbled on this site. I am over the moon and will look to this company first whenever I need any additional parts. Did not come with bearing/bushing to connect the rod to the piston. Contacted support, they sent me a package with a coupon and a receipt of warranty item but no item. I bought a aftermarket piston kit to get the engine going. Ten miles in the magneto quit. For $299 I'm not happy!

I contacted bicycle engine and let them know that the bicycle they sent me was definitely defective and had a hole in the gas tank and wanted to exchange it they wanted pictures I sent them dozens of pictures and a video of smoke coming from the fuel tank still nothing but a run around then when I mentioned I might be able to fix it they gave me a little discount so I can try to get it fixed not even the right way it's brand new shouldn't have any leaks anyway you have been warned beware support will do nothing but give you a parcel refund
Needed a few parts they came quickly and were priced reasonably. Overall satisfied with my order should I need something in the future I'll order again.
I haven't assembled my engine yet but I have checked the fitment of the exhaust & it fit perfectly. I think it will look way nicer than the stock exhaust once I have everything together.
