Called to inquire about adjoining rooms for a reservation this summer. Ethan was most professional, personable, and patient. It is rare to have a pleasant experience on the phone in making reservations anywhere as of late. I actually enjoyed talking with Ethan!

Mario provided one of the most exceptional service experiences I've ever. Traveling from out of town to meet family for an event when there is a major event taking place on the same weekend made me very anxious. Mario talked me through it and helped me book the best arrangements to fit my families needs. He was able to answer all of my questions and was so very patient with me. I need a reservation for a wedding, we booked the block of rooms at a discounted price, he didn't give me that price & overcharge me. I had to cancel this. An will get someone that can do it right! I told him the name he said to just book now! Which was wrong!

The hotel that my niece and her softball team was sold out.
