Called to inquire about adjoining rooms for a reservation this summer. Ethan was most professional, personable, and patient. It is rare to have a pleasant experience on the phone in making reservations anywhere as of late. I actually enjoyed talking with Ethan!

My son is is driving from Washington DC to Florida and with his dog lots and lots of traffic so decided to stay got stuck in a place with no connection. He called me up. We merged calls with this wonderful woman, Paige and she took the time to find us the hotel that was dog friendly in Richmond Hill Georgia. Her help was so appreciated when my son was stressing out
Mario provided one of the most exceptional service experiences I've ever. Traveling from out of town to meet family for an event when there is a major event taking place on the same weekend made me very anxious. Mario talked me through it and helped me book the best arrangements to fit my families needs. He was able to answer all of my questions and was so very patient with me. Ebony was very patient and kind. I love that each time she explained what to except during my stay she would pause to allow me to ask questions if needed. Just the phone call alone with Ebony makes me want to book again. Great job Ebony!

Customer service rep advised she was booking us a 2 queen bed room with a pull out couch as there are 2 adults and 4 kids and we get to the hotel and to our room to find that they don't even offer those. Now after already moving hotels once due to her guaranteeing they had this option and the pool worked, we left that hotel that actually had enough beds to accommodate us without a working pool.
A unique thing… i called on the phone! Ceasar picked up after one branch of the typical recording and immediately began solving my problem. Solved it so well i booked two rooms and recommended hampton to a friend who was also looking for a place
Thinking I was calling the hotel, I reached this person who represented herself as being with the hotel, but I now know was Expedia. She lied about seeing the block of rooms that were to be held for a funeral gathering, and lied saying there were only 2 rooms left! This enticed me to take the room, at what turned out to be twice as high as the blocked room rate. I had to call the hotel GM to get it cancelled without a 30% cancellation fee, and it was still weeks before the check in date!
Answer: SCAM. Huge Fees, no refunds. Would NOT recommend. Do yourself a favor and Pass by when you see this site.

Answer: I was just too tired to drive 90 minutes home. I needed to be back to this area really early in the morning, so I saved 3 hours of driving time and got a good night's sleep also!
