The customer service was excellent whether via email or in person. Online payments are not new.
I selected date I wanted, next screen asks for information but doesn't show dates, on to purchasing tickets. Accepts payment with no confirmation of date chosen nor the amount of tickets. This is not the way to do business, I will say that I asked about price and was immediately answered.

Glad I found this

Glad I found this. My sister & I will be there for a few days in Myrtle Beach area in the fall. I saw that this trip was already sold out on a few dates so we decided to book it early. The site was easy to use to get this set up. Thank you.

This is the second time that I have bought tickets this way and will continue to buy tickets this way. The process is simple. The staff is friendly. And the seats at the shows have been in very good sections.

Process was very easy. Young man was very friendly went I picked up voucher for tickets. When I picked up tickets it was quick and easy. We had very good seats. We appreciated the deal that we received.

I thought that we would pick up our tickets at the theatre as we usually do, that I much prefer. However, I was told that I would need to pick them up at another location. When I asked if it would be open on Christmas Eve to get the vouchers, they told me yes; however, when my husband arrived they were closed. I called back and was told how to get a bar code to show at the theatre but I was still uneasy. When I arrived at the box office of theatre, I told the lady that I did not have the vouchers and what had happened. She asked for my name and said no problem and gave me the tickets. Boy was I relieved and so much stress.

The worst experience ever!

The worst experience ever! They were unbelievably distrustful to me, I have a disability that causes me to not be able to go above a ground floor, they put me on 3rd floor. When I called VME they were rude, caused me to me my dinner and show that was prepaid for, refused to accommodate my needs, said my wheelchair can go up the elevator, I AM NOT IN A WHEEL CHAIR. Then proceeded to ask what my disability is( this is illegal to ask one's disability) I informed her she is not legally allowed to ask this. Then spoke to 2 more supervisor who proceeded to be even worse. I could not get a room and had to return to my sisters, while we made our way back to home.

This company has trained their employees to be horrible, hateful, disrespectful to their customers. And they refuse to help me get my vacation rearranged.
