Their phone number does not connect; their Online Chat is never on. The person I finally was able to contact told me they are based in California, but when I pressed him more, he admitted they were in Australia. However, when I received the invitations, the customs label noted they were from Korea. Because of the time differences, and limited communication, the process of going back and forth took longer than expected (more than a week before the proofs could be finalized); Plus their spacing and fonts were not consistent and not professionally handled with details, like I would have expected from a graphic designer.
We had to do a LOT of our planning overseas, and this company just impressed us! I spent a lot of time to find the perfect invitation that looked great and affordable for me. I was so pleased with the quality particularly with the price we paid. Everyone loved them! Great customer service!
