My first therapist didn't show up for my scheduled session. I then called to see what happened and when I tried to reschedule, found out that this therapist didn't even have any available dates for the next 6 months. I tried a different therapist but she only showed up for one session. She didn't show up for my next session. When I called Cerebral support, they said that they were sorry but had no explanation for what happened. I then told them that I wanted a refund because out of 3 sessions, a therapist had only showed up to one. I didn't feel comfortable continuing with their service. They said that they could only offer me a 50% refund because I completed one session and refused to let me talk to a manager about my experience with their service.

Beware of Cerebral.com! Their system is designed to get your credit card information before you have chosen services. Even if you do not want medication, you will receive a call from a medication specialist so they can charge you for that service (even if you tell the interviewer that you do not want medication). If you make an appointment to speak with a counselor, you will immediately be charged for that future appointment. Cancelling the appointment does not reverse the charge (even if you cancel more than a week in advance). Requesting a refund gets a reply saying they are sorry but their system does not permit refunds. The whole thing is a fraud to charge you whether you choose to use their services or not. I have complained about them to the Better Business Bureau (where they already have a grade of F). I will update this review if Cerebral.com finally responds to my repeated requests for a refund.

Paid the trial rate for the first month and everything was fine. After getting charged the full amount for the 2nd month a few days after the charge goes through they tell me their policy has changed and will not be able to help me but will not refund the $80 they took after providing no service
