I love watching the Documentaries and especially like the photography and videos they are outstanding. Plus you get access to multiple types of information so you are always learning new things. Learning keeps you young at heart.

You start a trial with your credit card. You do not find anything worth watching and stop watching them. However like they always do.

They keep debiting your debit card like they should.

No good stuff and poor quality of videos.

I signed up at $16, and then I was offered $40 the next year, but I cancelled it. So I thought. They auto-renewed the payments and sent no information. I was lucky to catch it this year, I was able to cancel it. They did reply to accept the cancellation and refund this years fee. Then said they had been sending me emails, but they hadn't. As the service goes, they want double to accept the broadcast in 4k, which in my opinion is pathetic. These are documentaries, those about wild life should be in 4k to be appreciated playing them at free to air tv resolution makes them dull. The other issue I had is that a lot of shows would stop at the 3/4 mark of the show, and then I had to restart it from that position but fast forward over the part were it stopped for a minute. Maybe there was another solution but I didn't know about it. The number of shows is okay but seriously not worth the price when compared to other streaming services (maybe if they were at least 4k). As for the software, it was very basic on my LG tv, and there wasn't much in the way of communication from the company. They send 1 email in 3 years, and that was a discount for renewing my subscription but at double the price so not really a discount. If you want to test them out, then I would consider cancelling your account the day after your payment so that they don't autorenew since there is no way to stop autorenew from their current system.
