I don't understand the hype around this device. I purchased it based on glowing reviews but was thoroughly disappointed. It's awkward to use and didn't deliver noticeable results even with consistent use. The only effect is a slight, momentary pull around the nasolabial folds, but nothing lasting. The experience is messy—gel ends up all over my hands and completely covers the device after just a few minutes. There's also no power regulation, making the current feel weak compared to other microcurrent devices I've used. As a veteran user of similar devices, this one is by far the worst. The only positive is that the conductive gel works well with other devices, but the ZIIP HALO itself simply doesn't live up to the hype.
To make matters worse, **CurrentBody** has been a nightmare to deal with. My device stopped working after just **two months**—the battery died, and now it's completely useless. Instead of offering a straightforward replacement, they insisted I cover the shipping costs to return the broken device, as they don't provide return shipping in the **GCC region**! **Be warned, GCC customers!** The shipping cost alone would easily be **around 1,000 SAR**, making the whole process ridiculous. After finally sending it back, they claimed to have sent me a replacement, but **two months later, I have received nothing**. This is beyond frustrating—**an absolute scam site** with zero customer care. Avoid at all costs!
Buyer beware! I received a NuFace device that stopped working after a few months. If you need customer service help you must rely on the website direct text of complaint/need for assistance, and there's no record or email copy as proof of communication. I sent communications to this black hole across several months with proof of purchase, issue, photo attachments AND NEVER RECEIVED A REPLY. My NuFace purchased for daughter as Christmas present stopped working just few months after she received the item. The company was totally unresponsive. I will never purchase from this company again. I think they sell subpar devices and there is no customer service to resolve issues. Taking a chance when you purchase through this online site. Look at "Returns" "Customer Service" "Contact Us" on site and see for yourself. No one to contact and zero response.
I received a face mask that I paid $500 for. 2 lights were burnt out, I requested a warranty exchange. It was approved but no communication was sent on whether it would be exchanged or refunded and I'd need to place a new order. After weeks of trying to contact someone (there's no phone number to call) they finally replied saying an exchange would be made. I received a new order number and was told it would be shipped on the Monday. It's been a week and I still haven't gotten shipping information and no one will respond to my emails now. Horrible customer service.
Probably the worst customer service experience I've ever had. For the amount of money I paid for a red light therapy device set of two items, the way customer service has treated me has made it not worth buying at all. One of the devices failed after just a few months, and after more than a week of emailing back and forth, their horrible customer service team finally gave me a link to return my item for an exchange, and they made me pay $30 for that return label. I shipped it out immediately, but after days of not hearing a single thing from them, they finally told me it would take up to 14 business days before someone would get back to me. After 14 days and 20 total days of waiting, I reached out only to get another generic email saying that they would "send a replacement shortly." I haven't heard anything else from them. Their customer service is pond scum, their products are garbage, and I couldn't urge you more to spend your hard-earned money at another much better company that actually cares about its customers and has better quality products. Do not buy from CurrentBody and expect anything good. They are a dumpster fire of a company.
I ordered a red light helmet from CurrentBody, received the wrong product and then tried to contact customer service via chat, email and toll free number "undergoing maintenance" with zero response. I had to initiate a chargeback with my credit card company. This company is out of the UK and I'm not sure what their deal is but when you buy a product you should be able to get support. You are better off buying from a more reputable company.
Do not buy from Currentbody! I purchased a Foreo Bear from them and unfortunately the device is not working out for me. Even though the device is supposed to have an anti shock system, it sends painful shock to my face no matter how low the setting and how much conductive serum I use. I contacted Currentbody and basically got told oh well too bad, there's nothing we can do because you've opened and tried the device. Which is ludicrous because how can someone know the device is not working correctly if they haven't tried it? The device is not cheap. Save your hard earned money and buy from a reputable retailer with an honest return policy.

Dicono che il pacco sia stato consegnato giorno 25 gennaio ma il pacco è tornato indietro ed è stato consegnato il 25 gennaio a loro. Non hanno avuto neanche la decenza di contattarmi, non hanno inserito il numero civico della mia via e dunque il corriere bartolini non ha effettuato mai la consegna. Ma il civico è inserito nella mia transanzione paypal. Quindi avrebbero dovuto vederlo e scriverlo. Nel frattempo loro si sono presi i soldi, io aspetto da due settimane il prodotto che non è mai arrivato, il servizio clienti è pessimo. Hanno risposto soltanto una volta con informazioni sbagliate. Una vergogna colossale. Se il loro prodotto è come il loro servizio clienti direi che la maschera è pessima a questo punto. Pretendo un rimborso immediato o il prodotto che ho pagato. Vergogna. I ordered a Luna body scrubber which I'd classify as a hygiene product, and to my dismay, received an open box used item. This raised serious concerns about the company's quality control.
What's more troubling is their customer service's response. Not only is it slow (you wait 7+ days for each reply).They initially told me I was wrong and this was impossible!. After having to dispute this further, they now expect me to cover return shipping costs from Canada to the UK for an "investigation", which feels unfair given the nature of the issue - their mistake, not mine. They said i MIGHT be eligible for shipping refund IF I quality!?! So not only will I not have the product I paid for, I will have to pay even more for them to correct their mistake and even so I might risk not "qualifying". Most high quality companies would have sent a prepaid label and/or a replacement vs making me feel like I'm a criminal trying to scam them and they need to investigate and decide IF I'm telling the truth. I have pictures of the issues and have shared with them.
As i was going through to understand the process they also highight in their returns that they do not refund the taxes paid. This is not only frustrating but also illegal in Canada.
Overall, the entire process has been inconvenient and has left me questioning the integrity of this company. Protect yourself and order from another company with higher customer service standards. If you must, I advise others to exercise caution when considering purchases from this website, as my experience has been far from satisfactory.
Terrible customer experience. I tried to purchase one of their LED Masks but the code they provided me did not work. After multiple attempts to get support no one got back to me. They don't offer a service number so this would be another concern as a buyer in the event their masks had issues.
I never got my order so I asked for a refund last week for a purchase I made for over $500. They ghost me and I am still asking for a refund another week later and they tell me my package hasn't been delivered. ITS NOT! THAT'S WHY I AM ASKING FOR A REFUND STILL. Also, according to their tracker they only sent the sleep mask and not my LED mask. So not only are they unprofessional when it comes to packaging and making sure they deliver it to the right address but they do not give you your full order. Anyways, they still haven't responded to me and there is no phone number on their website. They force you to communicate through email that takes FOREVER. They say they have a money back guarantee but I've been trying to get my money back for 2 weeks now. Would really like my $500 back for items I cannot even enjoy. Thanks for scamming me!

Received my LED in Nov and found there's an obvious dent on the mask. I emiled their CS if it's been used? And they didnt even response to my question and just guide me to return the item. So, is that a Yes?
I followed their instruction and returned it on 17/12/23.

The so-called FREE return is not reliable.
The tracking no. Stop updating since 21/12/23. I've been keep emailing them for few weeks now and no one is addressing the issue.
They blocked comments on social media. Even turned off comments function on IG. What kind of company would do such things?
I've called my credit card center and i'm going to file a dispute anytime soon.

I purchased the Cappilus pro from Current Body. I subsequently had an appointment with my doctor who informed me that this device would not help with my condition so I immediately notified the company that I needed a return label and upon receipt, sent the unopened package back the same day via mail. I sent the package with tracking and sent current body a receipt that they received the item. I received a note from the company that they were running behind on their returns. Then, weeks later after multiple requests I received a notice they have closed the return request with no money returned I have sent at least 10 additional requests with documentation to no avail. Please do NOT deal with this scam company
I urge you to read the most recent reviews and the one star reviews before considering to risk buying something from currentbody. The return and exchange policy looks great but once you need it, the problems start. I received a device that is not working. I try to initiate a return and the return form on the currentbody website is a broken link. I then contact customer service providing my order number. What follows is insanity of different customer service folks emailing me each one week later asking what my order number is. I am finally provided with a link to initiate returns after two weeks of nonsense emailing currentbody (as there is no other way to reach them). When trying to fill out the form, none of the options to exchange the product work...just brings you to a page that says contact customer service...insanity. Please to spare you the grief. DONT. BUY. FROM. CURRENTBODY. Go get your device or product from sephora instead. Will be initiating a chargeback and fraud help with my credit card company so I don't have to deal with this stupidity anymore and chalk it up as a $900 error and naiveness on my part.

Ordered a product the first week of December with 3-5 day shipping as an option. Did not arrive until January 2nd, and it took several attempts to reach someone in customer service. I already went and bought the same product from another website as soon as I noticed this wouldn't come in time for the holidays. Now, as I'm trying to return the late product, CurrentBody is not refunding shipping or taxes AND is charging me $12 in addition for the return label. Horrible customer service.
The RF device I ordered showed up broken, it would not charge, it would not turn on. There is no phone number and after a week of constant emailing, I finally heard from Customer Service with a complicated link to return under warranty. L didn't do it correctly and after 10 attempts to ask for the link again, there is still no word. They just want our money. I have opened a dispute with the bank. Also, the green tree serum is drying and useless.
They sent people just the gel but not the real product where we paid. Beware people, people start messaging them in instagram because they don't get any respond from the email. Then they deleted the messages in instagram. They respond to your email once they ghosted you. Beware!
I ordered Nu Face from the 3 wks ago pd for expedited shipping I still don't have it, I complained they reimbursed the $9.99 shipping but I still don't have the device n no explanation for this wait. There phone # doesn't work. So they have my $200 n I have nothing! I would not buy anything from them
NECK & DEC short-circuited, shocked me, blew out the tool, and sent them an April 2022 receipt of payment which they denied receiving after several times sending it to them. Refused to replace under 2-year guarantee.
US customer service number does not work. UK number out of order. FB messaging with them shows they have NO INTERNET.

Buy somewhere with a reasonable return policy. This company's return policy is lip service only. Brand new, unused, barely opened item returned. They actually shipped it back to me across the country. Unfortunately, Amazon will protect your money better that these guys.
Answer: Yes! I ordered an £800 product (Wellbox) and it arrived the next day. I had a question about how to use it and they got back to me the next day with helpful advice.
Answer: The price was significantly less than all other websites including eBay
