For the warranty to be honored you MUST have it serviced each year and you damn sure better keep the tag that comes off of it. Honestly just don't take the tag off when you first get it because you can't return it if you remove the tag. But who is gonna run around with the tag still on their ring. Please soon to be husbands don't do this to yourself or your girlfriend. Lab grown simulated diamonds are on the market and graded the same as naturally occurring diamonds. THESE ARE SYNTHETIC DIAMONDS. THEY SCRATCH TERRIBLY. PLEASE STAY AWAY.

They marked my bracelet down by 400$ for prime day two days after I'd received it. When I asked for the discount to be applied I got the runaround from customer services, who claimed I'd purchased a much cheaper item. I sent a pic of my order page for proof and never heard a word back.
My overall experience was pretty good. The product was delivered quickly and they are really pretty! I was hoping or expecting them to be a bit more "Brilliant" or "Sparkling" like real diamonds. But I still like them and my wife is very pleased!
