I was phoned the following day to confirm payment details as an additional security measure for first time purchasers (not all purchases were made in my name as they were friends and family). I was pleasantly surprised and I would recommend them to people wanting to save a few dollars. All products were provided with legitimate keys and are still running fine 3 years later without any issues even after multiple reinstalls following a hard drive failure.
