I purchased a pair of earrings from Edwin Novel Jewelry Design, on a Saturday. Immediately I wished I hadn't purchased them. I tried to cancel my order on Monday. I was told I could not cancel the order it was already in progress. I received the earrings 4 weeks later. As soon as I opened them, I saw the quality was not what I expecting. The day I received them I requested a return, Edwin Novel received my return on February 11,2025. As of April 5,2025, I have not received my money. I have placed several calls to customer service and I'm told that all they can do is send an email to the billing dept requesting my refund. It is so ridiculous. I am disgusted.

I ordered a 1 carat diamond pendant necklace from Edwin Novel Jewelry on December10,2024. When it arrived 1 month later January 11,2025 i couldn't believe how ugly the diamond was. The diamond was extremely YELLOW (GIA Z rating color) to the eye. I immediately called Edwin Novel Customer Service and asked what I had to do to return the necklace. They said since it was such an expensive item ($2400) they had to send my request to a person named *. I asked * what I needed to do to return the necklace and where to send the return. He would never tell me where to send the return. His response was to try and sell me a higher priced diamond or a lab grown diamond. I sent 7 emails asking to return the necklace and never was told how to return it or where to send it on every email. * was never available to talk on the phone. He would only use email. He was evasive and dishonest.

Edwin Novel Jewelry is a rip off. I would give them a negative 10 review if that was possible. They are blatantly dishonest and will run out the 30 day return window by stalling with evasive nonresponsive emails. Beware of Edwin Novel Jewelry false advertising, low quality diamonds and terrible customer service returns. Do not be fooled by Edwin Novel Jewelry cheap prices, low quality and false claims.

I ordered diamond earrings from them 4 months ago. They were milky. I returned them back in September and they with their permission and I have not received my refund. In fact they have ghosted me. I paid over $500 for these earrings. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

My partner and I had been looking at rings online and found Edwin Novel's page. Andrea ended up helping us and she was fantastic! She was very patient, answered all our questions and explained things very thoroughly. She was not pushy at all, and gave very straightforward answers to all of our questions. The ring we received came out exactly like what we wanted. Would definitely come back here for other jewelry needs and recommend them to anyone.

This company has been the worst experience. Promised refund on 6/6/24; it's 3 weeks later and nothing. Customer service is a phone tag joke with 0 resolution!

On may 8th was the 21 business day waiting for my refund. It is may 23 today and the refund has not been received. I tried contacting them several times and no resolution has been made.
Their refund instructions are perhaps the most complicated instructions Ive seen in my life and any missed steps is subject to a potential penalty deducted from your refund cost. Yet they don't get penalties for their mistakes or delays. AVOID AT ALL COST

Beautiful jewelry and amazing customer service. They responded to my emails right away, with answers to all of my questions. I had no prior knowledge about diamond clarity, but after several conversations with their team, I feel like an expert now. The pendant they made for me is gorgeous. They worked with me to help find the best possible diamond within my budget. I love that they have a lifetime exchange policy, so that I may upgrade at any point. But honestly, the stone they sent me is so beautiful, I can't imagine ever trading it in. Very happy with the pendant I ordered, and truly appreciative of the team at Edwin Novel Jewelry Design!
