I have used easy tag for renewals with no issues. I decided to register an in state vehicle that I purchased at a dealership. I had every document rejected wasting a week. I uploaded the same picture and they accepted them the second time. I paying late fees for registration now, which is my fault for trusting this service. They received a fee for nothing.
Don't use easy tag for registration.
I was going to get a duplicate title for my car. I found out after I changed my mind that the fee is non-refundable.(around $200) It is much cheaper to go to your DMV instead of using this third party group.
My overall experience was great but etags is expensive and my final price was different than what I was initially told it went from $288 to $349. I'm not sure why. But I think next time I'll just go on the regular DMV website to renew my registration.
I'm sorry, I do not find it necessary to leave any reviews of any sort since I have already done that and this irritates me that you would make me go through this again. More so, to instruct me to write a set number of words for a review? Sorry, this will not work for me. You guys are good and that is.
Yes, I received the registration and the sticker, but that was not the one that I wanted my registration expired on June, that was the one that I was trying to send for to make sure that I don't forget. So when I read the instructions, it says that I have three months before expired to put in my renewal and I receive stickers that not for the renewal are we stickers for now? I have those stickers. I'm in my car now so E tag charged me $248 plus $68 the $68 one I did not need but thank you anyway can I return the stickers the one that I don't need? Renewing my auto tag was simple and easy - it took less than 3 minutes to complete. I received notifications that order had been placed, processed and shipped. The tag arrived promptly in good condition.
If I could give eTags zero stars, I would. This company is an absolute scam. I've been trying to register my vehicle for months, and despite providing all the necessary paperwork—including the title information—they keep moving the goalposts and refusing to process my registration. To make matters worse, they closed my case after I informed them I was waiting for paperwork from the bank. Then, once they finally received the title information, they suddenly claimed it wasn't enough—even though the DMV itself confirmed that it would be sufficient if I brought it in directly. So why is eTags making this impossible? Their customer service is incompetent and dismissive, constantly giving conflicting information and failing to resolve the issue. At this point, it's clear they either don't know what they're doing or they're deliberately making things difficult to avoid processing registrations properly. Do yourself a favor and AVOID eTags at all costs. They are nothing but a middleman that makes things more complicated than they need to be. If you're considering using them, save yourself the headache and go straight to the DMV.
When I ordered my registration and tags through eTag, I realized I made a mistake and realized too late that my tags and registration is not due until October of this year. So I paid for all of this thinking I was paying up for the next two years only to realize, I wasn't. It's not eTags fault but my own and I just wasted money for something I already have. Your system worked perfectly and timely.
Good and convenience. I have completed the application and car inspection. But I haven't received the sticker yet. The license plate will be expired on 01-15-2025. Please send me as soon as possible. Thank you very much.
I had a wonderful experience, I'm glad had this option because I don't have time to sit at the DMv all day just to get a copy of my title. Thank you 😊 for cutting out the middleman
