Amazing glasses, amazing shipping, I loved the glasses box too, and it came in perfect condition, I did not need to adjust them at all.

This whole company is scammy. You can only use your vision insurance at their website, and MAGICALLY a 12 pack of contacts is the exact price of your yearly contacts allowance. I priced several websites and stores, and coincidentally, the contacts sold on this site are the most expensive, by far. I hate that my employer uses VSP and eyeconic.

The last time I ordered one years worth of contacts (2023) it was $12 after my insurance. The same contacts this time were over $100 after my insurance so I had to go with the generic brand instead.

Can you work a little harder to get better glasses?
My pair of glasses broke and they did not have my frame anymore so I got a complete new pair. Very satisfied with their performance.
Each time I order, the size of the frames comes way to large or too small. I ordered again this time, never saw a size of frame until order was complete. I think that the size needs to be posted on the display, before clicking on frame. My profile has selected medium frames and it never displays these types as a primary. I am not happy that this keeps happening. I will have to once again cancel my order and find a different frame. Please change this!
The site was easy to use. The only issue I had was that the glasses that it sent me were way too big for me. This time I made sure that they are standard size glasses as I don't want them continually falling off my face.

My Rx did not have a PD number. Tool for PD measure kept failing at card step. Finally measured with ruler.
I've ordered from Eyeconic several times now, and while I do find some good stuff here and there, there's honestly not much to choose from. The brands they offer are amazing, but the actual options available under those brands are pretty limited. It feels like the selection never really changes or expands, so you end up picking from the same small group every time. The ordering process is smooth and using VSP benefits is easy, but I just wish the variety matched the quality of the brands they carry.
