The white stains are very visible. I was very surprised when I received it coz the condition was listed as new. Very disappointed. I reached out to CS but didn't hear back for over a week. I have to return due to very short return period.

Purchased a preown LV speedy 30 for $2800. It arrived with the lock broken and reeks of perfume. NOT as described online at all. Waited on the phone for 45 minutes and chat for 35 minutes and the representative asked that I email 5 photos of the broken lock. How about the reeks of perfume? How do you fix that?

I'd probably think about it twice again before making a purchase here. I used to love fashionphile but you guys are taking forever to ship our items. I was told my a friend she had the same experience. We pay top dollars because we know this is supposed to be a respected company but sadly we were wrong. I tried emailing customer service even made a call where it went to voicemail was told to leave my information no one ever called me back. My bag arrived 2 weeks kept checking link the label was done but I guess whoever is in charge of dropping or picking up orders just took their time w mine.

My bag is in great shape, however, it arrived with a very strong scent of perfume. I expected this would just go away but I found found the odor to be unremovable.

Upon opening the package, I received the boxes as described in the description, wrapped in white discrete packaging paper. The condition of the product was accurate, no surprises. The certificate was enclosed in a Fashionphile drawstring pouch for discretion and safety.

I chose a Louis Vuitton handbag from the pictures that were given online by your company. The handbag I received is not the same as in the pictures. I have tried new times to reach someone I have asked for either a refund or I'm willing to exchange.

I've been waiting for the Gucci Aria Web Attache Shoulder bag and took the plunge. I had seen that this bag was discounted a lot, read the description, which said "faint scratches" for hardware and interior "marks." I also looked that the images and saw that the interior "Gucci" tag seemed faded again, all of which I see in the images. I received the bag, and it looks like the interior "Gucci" tag is painted over, not faded. It certainly makes me question if this is even an authentic bag, even though it comes with Fashionphile's Certificate of Authenticity. I had thought about returning it, but overall I do like that bag. I just wish it was correctly stated that the interior tag was painted over, not faded.
I went with Fashionphile because I had heard their reputation was much better than other second-hand retailers and selling replicas under the guise of authentic. So to see that the interior tag was not faded, but painted over, definitely makes me question if I made the right choice. I do love the bag, and so decided to keep it, but just questioning if I over paid for this bag.

The bag arrived as described and arrived quickly. I have only ordered twice from Fashionphile.com but I've been happy both times..

I've had things saved from FashionPhile for awhile, and finally purchased. Great shipping, wonderful packaging, and the product was even better than pictured. Such a good price too. Will be back!
