I booked a flight through FlightHub. The itinerary was from Cairo (CAI) to New York (JFK) with a layover in Morocco. I paid in full using my credit card, and FlightHub was the company that charged me. I'm someone who travels internationally often for work and family. I've used many booking sites, but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. FlightHub canceled my flight without any notice, and when I contacted them, they refused to rebook me or issue a refund. They told me it wasn't their problem anymore because "the money is with the airline." That's absurd — I paid FlightHub, not the airline. They were the ones who took my money and issued the booking. Their customer service was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I explained the situation multiple times, but they just kept repeating the same scripted excuse. No solution, no responsibility — just a dead end. I was left stranded with no alternative flight and no refund. I'm now out 546.40$, and they've washed their hands of it. FlightHub is a dishonest and unreliable company. They're happy to take your money, but if anything goes wrong, they offer zero support. This was a clear case of them taking no accountability for a service they failed to deliver. And will continue sharing this experience until I get my money back. Do not use FlightHub. Book directly with the airline or with a company that actually stands by its customers.

FlightHub cancelled my return flight and ignored all emails and calls—even after the airline confirmed a refund was available. I had to buy a last-minute ticket home at a much higher price. Even contacting the CEO got no response. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Avoid at all costs.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience with Flighthub. I had high expectations based on their reputation, but the service fell far short. The issues began with flight changes due to the war in the Middle East between Israel and Iran. I tried to cancel my ticket or get a refund (it was offered after changes, but due to the poor communication, I didn't get that info. When I was aware of my right and tried to claim it, the nightmare started. There was little accountability or transparency throughout the process. Trying to get support afterward was frustrating — long wait times, scripted responses, and no resolution. Based on this experience, I will never use any of the services from this company and I would not recommend buying a ticket from them.

I booked international flights for my family of four through FlightHub, paying nearly $3,700 including travel insurance. After canceling the tickets, I was given two completely different refund policies—one offering over $600 per adult, and another weeks later offering less than half that with higher "penalties" and vague explanations. To make matters worse, I paid $300 extra for an insurance claim, which was denied, and FlightHub refused to refund that money. Their "customer service" is a joke—I spent over 48 hours in WhatsApp chats just trying to get basic answers. They hide behind automated messages and offer no real help or accountability. This company is not just unprofessional—it's deceptive and intentionally confusing. They charge fees they don't explain, make up refund rules as they go, and push customers into circles until they give up. I've filed a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, the Massachusetts Attorney General, and I'm preparing a small claims lawsuit. 🚫 Avoid FlightHub at all costs. They operate with zero integrity and will leave you stressed, scammed, and out hundreds or thousands of dollars.

Flighthub works fine — until you need to make a change. That's when the real issues start. While most airlines offer passengers at least one free change, Flighthub refuses to extend any such flexibility. Despite multiple requests, they stick to rigid, scripted policies and demand additional payments, even when the new fare is lower than the original. Worse still, the charges are not just unreasonable — they're excessive. In my case, the fees for a simple change exceeded 25% of the original ticket cost. And it doesn't stop there: it's not about the itinerary or the complexity of the change; it's purely about the number of passengers. Every traveler in your booking gets charged individually(as per chat), sending the total well beyond what's fair or justifiable. It's time for Flighthub to introspect and stop turning a blind eye to these harsh, customer-unfriendly practices. Travelers should not be subjected to such inflexible and profit-driven policies — especially when airlines themselves are far more understanding and accommodating across globe.

Do not buy one of the add ons: Cancellation Protection. They will do eveything they can to not refund you. They have this third party called Refundable.me which is a pure scam. Their webform is designed to denied every claim possible and complicate your refund process. Buy plane ticket directly to the airline company!

I had a very frustrating experience with FlightHub. This was my first time using their service, and it was disappointing. Due to an unforeseen visa issue with my mother, I had to make last-minute changes to my travel plans. When I reached out to FlightHub for assistance, the support I received was unhelpful. There's no clear customer service email address, and it was very difficult to get in touch with a human being to resolve my issue.

I was left stranded without any meaningful assistance, and my situation was not handled in a timely or satisfactory manner. Compared to other agencies like Expedia and Booking.com, whose customer service I've had positive experiences with, FlightHub's customer service did not meet expectations. I was only connected to a chat service, which offered no support during a stressful situation.

This experience has made me hesitant to use FlightHub again, and I would recommend looking for more reliable options for your travel needs.

Never ever again.

I travel more than 3x overseas every year so trust me when I say of all my experiences in international travel, this is the only horrible experience I've ever had. This is my first time to use their service because they offered the lowest price for a long haul flight to Asia and I wanted to try something new. Deeply regretted that! HUGE MISTAKE. I not only spent more $$ eventually PLUS unnecessary aggravation and waste of my precious time dealing with seating request refund issues. They emailed a link to request refund for it but the link doesn't even give me that option but showed me other services I can add. I complained numerous times but they still charged my bank anyway. I should have just booked directly with the airline where I was actually the one who really got my preferred seats - for FREE. They send you feedback forms and so you put all your issues there and never really resolved the issue in your favor nor get personal attention to your individual case. Lip service customer service. Online chats with them are so exasperating. They can't do anything. In the end, I decided to just them go ahead charge me unjustly because going through the dispute charge process was wasting my time. This company doesn't even deserve any star. Never again. Don't get ripped off.

Had tickets booked through flighthub for last june (over $4000). Westjet went on strike the day of flight. Had to rebook hotels with penalties from same day cancelation. And earliest flight 1 week late. Edmonton-St. John's. It's now February.
Will never use flighthub or westjet again

I recently voided my booking because FLIGHTHUB made a mistake in class of my ticket
I paid for business class, but a segment of the flight in Booking confirmation showed economy class, for that reason I voided my booking, otherwise I would not void the ticket,
I noticed I was charged $75, for booking modification, while this was not my mistake.
The worse is that I can not reach any live person, Only the robot answers and my issue was not solved

This guys are a COMPLETE JOKE! So pls don't waste your time or resources using them. I flew from YYC-YYZ for a quick business meeting and my return flight was for 6.30pm, after my meeting was done at about 10am, I called them to see if I could change my return ticket to go home immediately, oh boy! As at the time of writing this review, these jokers have had me be on hold for over 1hr listening to some ridiculous call hold music when all I wanna do is just go home. Talk about a company that cares nothing about customers, IATA needs to review the policy of allowing major airlines carry out date change on 3rd party booked tickets and charge the 3rd party booking platforms for not caring. I'm here sitting at the airport and don't know what to do next, STILL ON HOLD.
This company for all I know could be a one man biz somewhere overseas, can anyone HELP ME? SOS

We are totally dissatisfied with FlightHub customer service. We have a booked a ticket to LosAngels for 7.20 PM flight on Christmas eve, but they were sending emails that my itinerary has been changed and I was visit the booking to confirm the update itinerary and there was a Manager My booking link provided. This link never got updated and it was showing the same old itinerary till the last moment. When I call FlightHub, they are telling we have call them but their email is not descriptive that I've to call. Because of this issue, I ended up rebooking the ticket at the last moment and last over 1500$. Don't go for this website if they give you the ticket on a discounted price. You will end up paying more than double later.

Bought tickets through here with insurance. Airline changed the departure/arrival, FlightHub wouldn't allow money back, but would accommodate change. Customer service was terrible, after a hour long wait and confirming details multiple times, we made one change but not the second, my baby woke up and I told the tech I would have to leave, when I called back up, they charged me $300 CAD for an additional change on the tickets. If I hadn't been disconnected it would have been free. Terrible customer service. Will never buy a ticket through a broker again.

Terrible Service - Unhelpful and Unresponsive
I was charged $200 on my credit card without any explanation. For the past two days, I've been trying to get help, but all they do is transfer me from one sales representative to another—nobody is actually helping. When I asked them to assist me, one of the representatives even hung up on me.

I'm extremely disappointed with how they've handled this situation. It's unacceptable to charge customers without reason and then refuse to provide proper support. If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely donot recommend this company.

I paid through flight hub a round trip to mexico on the way back the airline went bankrupt. Even tho texting flight hub they kept saying my flight should be there. There was no live agent only Ai texting. Even staff at airport said theres no flight. I had to re buy on air Canada again & iam still waiting for refund after a week and a half DO NOT USE FLIGHT HUB

FRAUD! Do not recommend

Never trust this website. They sell airline tickets at a supposed discount. We buy them thinking we are paying less. Hours later, they deduct different amounts from our account. I agreed to a ticket for the TOTAL amount of $660. Hours later, they changed the price and the total amount was $820, with prices and fees that were never shown before. The customer service is terrible and they do not answer our questions. They just go around and around in their answers and are never clear. I contacted several agents. It was horrible, because I requested a cancellation and they still charged me an extra $75. This company is dishonest, a fraud, and they still charge me for the cancellation because they charged the wrong amount.

NEVER use Flighthub
July 28, 2024

Bait n switch on pricing for international flights. They said my flight was not available after ticketing it due to airline and when I checked the airline directly, it was available. I filed a dispute with credit card and now fighting FLIGHTHUB. We will NEVER pay for this scam
