I order compression stockings for my client, it was horrible experience. Spending lots of time to find out what happened to my order, going to different post offices to pick up my package ( lost package, no proper customer service, no tracking #, no delivery to address). I found my most expensive 3 piece of garbage after 5 weeks later, of course I can't sell, ripped/ broken boxes, worse then finding them in garage sale. Nerve racking experience but still good learning to compare good business to others. Be careful!
Ordered some socks. No shipping, no order status after 11 days. Contacted them to cancel. They say "Unfortunately, your order has already been processed and forwarded to the dispatch team. Therefore, I am no longer able to cancel". Don't you love that. The dispatch team! Maybe they should establish a customer satisfaction team. Can not cancel even though they have not shipped and have no idea when they will ship. I am in the internet marketing business and all of these good reviews are fake bologna. Wonder why they have no Yelp page? Because they would get crushed.

I recently brought my wife it stays on roll glue. 2 bottles and it does not stick at all completely useless. Sent 2 emails without a reply.

I purchased compression stockings for $33. After one use on my airline flight (one way), the stockings kept slipping so I had to remove. The stockings are defective but the company has a 15 day return policy.
Couldn't ship for weeks. Said I couldn't cancel an unshipped order! Socks showed up after about three week. After two weeks the seams are coming apart. A total waste of $160 and a hassle. Want real reviews? Go to site jabber
Developed a tear right after I got the $50 support stockings. The return information they sent me was wrong. When I found the right info and sent them back they returned my return because I didn't give them a PO Receipt #. I wish I had read these other reviews before using them.
This is an untrustworthy company with an atrocious returns policy. Well actually, my experience is that ForYourLegs have no returns policy, so buy at own risk.
When ordering I experienced issues with the ordering process. Upon contacting them to rectify said issues, Keith M was dreadful to deal with and denied all accountability and refused to sort the issue. I not only had to bear the expense of international shipping, but the wrong item arrived, and the company refused to rectify the issue. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I will never recommend purchasing from this company in my professional capacity.
Returned shoddy merchandise and received an email saying the credit card they had ALREADY charged for the the stockings was "invalid" and couldn't be credited back.
I was kept on hold most of the many times I called. They said they would call back - never did. Finally called and was told they "refunded the charges yesterday".

It took a while to deliver my order. I was about to call when it finally arrived. When it did come, it looked like they had been banged around, All the boxed were crushed. I don't remember if Jobst socks come in plastic sleeves, but the socks were just folded and stucl in the box. Even the enclosed invoice was crinkled.
I had the worst experience dealing with this company. They made an error and would not go above and beyond to fix it. I spoke with Beth the director of customer service, and she was very rude and not helpful at all. I would not recommend using this company at all!
Answer: You'll get your order, about when the cows come home. But God help you if there's any problem or you want to return the items or you must speak with a customer service rep. *shudder* I'm still scarred from my experiences with this company's reps.
