Today I was having issues with my account and cart emptying on me. I spoke to a Ms. Emily Guy she was so Awesome. She help me straighten out my account and then offered to help me place my order over the phone, doing that we discovered I could purchase more items. Ms. Emily helped me find items that my son (who has low functioning autism, speech and motor delay) would be able to use Ms. Emily was great she show me grace through my sons interpretations while we were on the phone and helped me to stay calm when my computer wouldn't work correctly.
