Got my self a Valheim Server two days ago and the support helped me within minutes! Great service and I love the panel!

Also we have not been able to find our server because of the fact that the serverlist is smh shortened, or something but gportal helped us to still be able to play on it.

I had the unfortunate experience of using GPortal as a server host, and I must say that it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I wouldn't wish their services upon my worst enemy.

First and foremost, the stability of the servers provided by GPortal is abysmal. I can't count how many times my server went offline for no apparent reason. It was as if they were running their servers on a hamster wheel and hoping for the best. The constant downtime made it impossible to enjoy any sort of gaming or online experience with friends. It's incredibly frustrating to invest time and money into a server that can't even stay up and running consistently.

Customer service at GPortal is equally terrible. If you're lucky enough to actually get a response from their support team, don't expect any meaningful assistance. Their support agents seem to have a complete lack of understanding when it comes to technical issues. They offer generic, canned responses that do nothing to address the specific problems you're facing. It's clear that they have no interest in resolving customer issues or improving their services.

The overall experience of using GPortal was nothing short of a disaster. It's a company that seems to prioritize profit over the satisfaction of their customers. I felt like I was constantly battling server issues, and when I tried to reach out for help, I was met with indifference and incompetence.

In conclusion, I would strongly advise against using GPortal as a server host. The terrible stability, frequent downtime, and woeful customer service make it a company that should be avoided at all costs. Save yourself the headache and frustration and look elsewhere for a server hosting provider that actually cares about its customers. GPortal is a prime example of how not to run a hosting service.
