G3 Visas

We got our passport in time but in I will never use this agency again. Our main point of contact was rude most of the time and not very patient. Every time I called her it sounded like I was bothering her. For a payment of 800 dollars I would have expected far better service and at least someone that pretended to be nice. I have used Rushmypassport.com 5 previous times and a great experience. I rarely write reviews but I though it was necessary to do this one. We are all busy and when we pay for service it should be provided with kindness.

Passport came much faster than I was expecting; 4 days from them receiving my application. I payed for the 'mission critical' tier.
Yes, I could have made an appointment with the US passport service and traveled another city that had an office and handed in the application myself and saved a little money, but with the travel expense I doubt I would have saved much money, and with the convenience, this service was well worth it, to me.
These guys were the only expedited passport service, of the several I looked at, who actually picked up the phone when I called them and that gave me the confidence to go with them. They helped me along the way and answered all my questions. I would used the service again if I needed to in a heartbeat

I was skeptical of spending a larger amount for an expedited passport and having it not work out. I am so happy I tried! My expedited passport was sent to me MUCH quicker than I expected. At the time I was seeking this service I was in a panic and my trip date was soon. I did not realize I needed a visa prior to departure in my passport (thought that stamp happened when you arrived, as a part of customs, like my other trips). Plus I was very uneasy about sending all my original documents in for this. Once I sent the application off all my documents, plus the visa stamp, came back to me in just under 48 hours. Fantastic Customer Service! I had a small issue to resolve on my VISA application (my error), and G3 was immediately responsive and solved the issue while the VISA application was in process! They communicated quickly up front after I placed the order, assigned a personal representative to work with me as the point of contact, and were able to get the VISA application corrected, submitted and returned faster than committed. Passport was returned in a water-tight envelope, with a new plastic case for the passport itself. Nice to find a business who still cares and delivers excellent customer service. Deciding who to use to hand-off your passport is a stressful decision anyways (as least it was for me). I highly recommend G3.
