I ordered an Ulti-Mate cabinet from them, they were somewhat helpful and called me the next day indicating that shipping to New York State was a problem and they had to cancel my order. The product page clearly states "Curbside delivery lower 48-states". Something is clearly amiss here.
While I can't speak to the other negative reviews below, I would suggest to avoid these folks should you live in New York.
After reading some of these reviews, I am concerned. I placed my order on March 27 and today is now April 13 and I was supposed to have my order in 3 to 5 days. When I call, the voice recorder always says they are closed or it just continues to ring. No response to emails either.
Received the 8x8 slat wall promptly upon ordering. Very easy to install. One of my pieces was damaged in shipping. Was able to connect with Alex who quickly had a replacement piece out to me. Love this product and ordered a second wall for the other side of the garage as well!
Bait and switch on free chair. It's a cheap stool. Took my money the 19th. Promised shipping 24 to 48 hours. 8 days later no accurate update day before Thanksgiving. Might be on the dock. Went to Missouri City. Went to Kansas City but wasn't on the trailer. Going out tonight from Santa Fe.
Ordered a grill one month ago. After two weeks with no information I requested an update. Alex called and emailed me back letting me know it would be an additional two weeks. I had no issue with this and was very pleased with his effort on updating me. Three weeks after that I requested an update, no response. Waited another week and requested another update, again no response. At the one month mark I requested my order be cancelled. Would have been ok waiting a little longer had I gotten a response or update between now and the initial response.
The product I ordered was backordered. Garagecabinetsonline collected the full cost of cabinets I ordered which was close to $5000. I called after over two weeks had passed to check on the status of the order only to learn the product was still not available. At that point, I asked the sales guy, Alex, to refund my payment. Alex, stated he would check the order status again and call me back. That was two days ago. He did not call back. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal and have initiated their problem resolution process.
This company charged my credit card knowing the product was back-ordered, then refused to refund my payment after three weeks had passed without providing any information regarding when the product would ship. Suggest you shop for garage cabinets elsewhere.
Received my order confirmation for fencing. After I ordered, I contacted the fencing manufacturer and they said this company is not a licensed distributor of their fencing. Canceled my order 12 hours after ordering and they said they were keeping 5 percent. Read the very, very, very, very, very fine blue print that you cannot see online. It says Pre-Order even though your ORDER CONFIRMATION says it is your ORDER. They said you should read their policy page. When I looked for it - it was coming form a different website - not even theirs. Called my credit card company and they charged the order immediately upon submitting the order even though an email the next day said they were out of stock and it may be 2 months before they get it in stock or longer. Upon reading reviews from others, they are still waiting on orders they made over 4 months ago. I think this company may be a fraud online company.
Please also keep in mind that with Covid-19 supply chain has been a challenge and this is not just us it’s everywhere. A lot of small businesses are suffering and therefore we do appreciate that you chose us vs. any other big box store but sad that we could bot meet your expectations and timeline.
