I thought maybe these boots were going to be too good to be true. Nope! They arrived after regular updates and they are beautiful! I get compliments on these boots every time I wear them. Which is often.

I found shoes very good, the look beautiful and the fit as I would like. They are a bit light what is good to wear.
My experience overall was very good. Shoes purchased were a great compliment to my tuxedo, and a great compliment from our guests. Sizing was good, but narrow for my medium (normal) width feet. A local shoe cobbler was able to stretch the width for a more usual fit. Allow plenty of time from order to receipt as the process was much longer (read: slower) than expected... and that was with expedited shipping which was not expedited.

The shoes are really great quality and very well made. This was a present for my son and he really enjoyed the shoes and wants to wear them all the times. He says they are very comfortable and high quality!
The shoes looked exactly as advertised. The quality of the shoes seem very high. The overall fit was slightly larger than my usual fit, but an insole made the difference.
I have never had more comfortably made shoes than yours and I have ordered English made shoes for years. Also timely notification in orders were much appreciated.
The shoe that I bought the first time has a flaw in design, after wearing it couple of times completely got deformed.
Very soft leather. Excellent heel designs and colours. If you can create a special section for people who have bunions but still would like to purchase same models/designs, it would be so great.
I purchased a pair of boots with lacing from Girotti. Supposed to be all leather. When received the smell of these boots toxic. Incredibly awful uncomfortable last and no leather stamp or insignia whatsoever. I start a long process of trying to exchange. They suggest I air the boots out in the yard to dissipate the smell. They will try the con of exchange and then proceed to keep changing their mind. The only thing they spend time & money on is fancy website. Do NOT buy from these losers.
The site purports to offer free refunds, they do not, the shoes arrived after a few weeks, on the day of delivery I initiated a refund and was denied.

We understand your frustration and would like to clarify our policy: since all Girotti shoes are made-to-order, we offer free exchanges for sizing or fit issues, but not refunds by default. This is clearly outlined in our Returns Policy, and we do our best to communicate it during the ordering process.
