Terrible! Had ordered 2 different items for Christmas gifts, both ordered in what should have been plenty of time... in November. Now it's January 6, and still have not received either item and never heard that items were delayed, etc. Have been in contact with company, told them at this point just to refund my money, and suddenly one of the items is in transit. No longer want it at this point, but too bad. Will never order anything to be intended as a gift, can't depend on this company.
People, dont hate on the merchants. We are just as frustrated as you, maybe more so. I am a merchant and have been trying to get paid since January 15. I have given many chances to only be screwed for almost 4 months. I have performed services for free, and no way to retrieve my funds. RUN!

Horrible! They out source products from china that are nothing like the description! I ordered a jacket that specifically said "fur lined, cotton" it is not fur lied or cotton. It is a cheap, light weight POS! Even said it was thickened for added warmth which could not be further from the truth! I asked for a refund and they said to mil it back and once received they will refund me however, they will not provide shipping label. No way am I paying them more money to take back a product I am sure will never be refunded.

This site is very weird, do not buy anything in this company. You lose money and getting nervous. My store credit (around $200 value) was suddenly expired without any notice and finally be useless. I contacted them, but response was very really slow and a lot of excuse. If you want to save your money, DO NOT CHOOSE this and have to choose much more famous dealer, absolutely not this.
I ordered a teeth whitening voucher, however when I called the company, De' Javu Salon, to schedule, they didn't know anything about it. The owner said they don't have a contract with HalfOffDepot/ncrowd! No phone number to contact ncrowd so I filed a trouble ticket on their site. I received a confirmation stating they would reach out to the merchant and contact me in 2-3 business days. I haven't heard back from them and have sent 2 update request since that time with no response. I'm out $34.00

I purchased items on 12-2-13 for Christmas and have yet to receive them or a credit for the purchase. When I emailed the site, halfoffdepot.com I received an email stating my email was shredded and to reply to halfoffdepot.com/support which does not get received. This is a scam company and I will file a report on my credit card to reverse the charges. I hope they are shut down and fined for stealing and their fraudulent activity.

Do not buy anything from them. I spent 44 dollars for two mystery boxes and was sent garbage. First I never received them then when I did the merchandise was old and outdated. I can't get them to respond to my emails. They are ripping people off. So not buy anything from them they are a fraud. Use groupon do not use this company you will be disappointed.

I've purchase many vouchers from Half Off Depot. They used to be good. Now they are NCrown (or maybe something else again) and cant find my vouchers, of which I had many, as well as the credit I had on my account. Haven"t been able to get any customer service.
I have attempted to redeem my 2 nights hotel voucher with Half Off Depot. I have the instructions on the voucher and it did not work. I looked online and it stated the best way to contact Half Off Depot is to email them. That's what I did. Several days go by and I received no response. I emailed them again and finally received a response advising me that I should contact this company via email to resolve the issue. I then instantly emailed this company to only receive an email from them that they do not handle this voucher :( I have left 3 vm messages with Half Off Depot and have not received a call back. I order all the time from Groupon, Living Social, Travel Zoo, Spree Bird and never encounter anything like this before. How do you suggest I get my money back? I'm just very frustrated. Never ordering from them again.

I have ordered many vouchers over the years from HOD with no problems until the last one. What a HORRIBLE experience. The company will not return calls or emails. I have now read the reviews and all say what a waste of monies and a scam! How can HOD let a company like this sell vouchers on their site? The only response i get from Halfoffdepot is "We apologize for the inconvenience and not refund", contact *******@superdeals.today. They are the reason I am so unhappy. BOGO... Yea right! Thanks for nothing HOD. I told them to take me off the mailing list and can't even get that done. UGH
