Really bad program, it's inaccurate and hardly makes the program enjoyable. The program says it integrates "powerful" and "engaging" assessments, but they don't. Most of the lessons take a long time and when you get a question wrong they talk for a very long time, and the talking is worse on reading as well.
(P.S, I kind of forgot when I first used iReady and I have no idea what date of experience is for.)
I actually hate this app so much oh my god it makes me want to drop out of middle school. I swear to god I'm not going to make it out of eighth grade. I hope the maker dies in a hole. I want to surgically remove their spine and shove it down their throat. FRICK THIS APP. Dojayn:3
I ready is so bad that i rip out my hair and i eat it and then i $#*! my hair and then i throw it at my teacher than i beat the $#*! out of my class mates and a rape everybody. In other words it just sucks i would rate it a 0/5 but to make the review i have to put 1 star against my will it should be banned and it should die.
I as a student have had to use i-ready, and I as well as the rest of my peers find it to be a generally bad resource. It makes students feel bad about their learning process, as it gives you a low grade on the testing section for only missing 2 or more questions. It is also stress inducing, as students feel that they cannot make mistakes on this program because when you answer a question incorrectly, it makes you feel unintelligent. The graphics are mediocre, the diagnostic is too long and non-adaptive, the curriculum is underdeveloped, and the whole program is not beneficial to self esteem. The lessons also drag on and on, and yet are still confusing to students. It needs serious development, and before it is fixed, should not be used as a main curriculum.
Hello I am Parker Solomon, a fifth grade student going into middle school.
First of all, Iready is now being used to put me in my middle school classes. I am an A- student but I get "garbage "i-ready scores according to my teacher. I will get terrible classes and I will have to use "Iready pro" which is for below grade level middle schoolers and high schools. I Really dont want to do this crap in middle school because regular Iready is also now in middle school. Also, It takes so long to go up levels that I haven't even went up a level this school year while people who get kindergarten levels jump up to 8th grade and my teacher doesn't question them.
Iready overall sucks, passing score of over 70% is dumb, forces you until a 30 second ted talk and if youre in a test tanks down your score if you mistype a character, its not up to date with what youre actively learning and is usually behind on what you know or not. Sure it has games but it withholds it from you if you have unfinished assignments. Overall mobymax is probably better and this site deserves the 1.1 star rating. Schools should stop using this it sucks
I-ready is a bad platform, and I would recommend IXL over I-ready. I-ready actually lowers your understanding of various concepts in Math and ELA. The narration is slow, and it is just a waste of time and money.
If I do iready one time I promise to blow up my school and prseade to kill myself. Also I'ma f yo mom and yo daddy and yo lil sister and big brother and yo dog then I'ma blow up the place where y'all made iready.
I am in the 7th grade, at APS Schools, and I have used many annoying online teaching tools. And through my experience with all of them, this is one of the most hated learning sites I can think of. I have gone to other rating websites, and the best rating I've seen for this website is 3 stars. My teachers assign me this stuff, and it's pointless. It doesn't match up with what we're going over in class, the math assignments take, at a minimum, 30 minutes, the reading lessons are too easy, and the diagnostic instills a sense of boredom and stress, as it doesn't tell you what you got right or wrong. And when you get a question wrong in a normal lesson, it treats you like a 5-year-old. And by that, I mean it steps a single question out for an extra 6 minutes when all you did was misclick. In conclusion, this is a bad resource, and I do not think schools should continue using it.
I-ready facts your diagnostics nobody needs to take 300 millions years freaking years to do it. I shouldn't be crashing out over I-Ready pls fix ur godd%m app I-Ready I'm so tired of taking thirty eight million years to do one math lessons. Fix ur app pls do.
Answer: It is a scam. I can confirm that it just wants your money and what you are buying is painfully bad.
Answer: My school made me. If I become a homeschool parent, then there is no way I'm using I-ready to help teach my kid.
Answer: I can share a "success" story when it gets banned, but until then, no.
Answer: Because SOME certain schools are stupid enough to trust a random website without actually investigating if it is useless.
Answer: Iready will never lower there standards cause they are retards
