They advertise monthly pricing, but then force you to pay annually. I did not realize this during checkout, and they did not help me with a refund. Very poor service, would recommend looking elsewhere.
Their unsubscribe "link" in their emails isn't a link - it's just text. Using gmail's "report spam and unsubscribe" option supposedly allows you to enter your email and unsubscribe, but the spam emails keep coming. It's maddening. I don't even use their icons!
Iconscout is a scam company designed to take your money. Do not do business with them. They do not issue refunds for their fraudulent claims and every person should know about this. They lie about prices up front and then truck you into paying more. This is whappened to me. Only wanted to pay 12. Ended up paying 180
Seems fraudulant. I purchased a premium account and was unable to download any assets after 24 hours. They claim to have unlimited downloads with the premium service but I've been completely blocked and customer service has been silent.
I love iconscount because it gives you millions of icons! Go try iconscount for free. Help iconscount get better. Use it for your google slides or powerpoint presentations. Get the add-ons on slides and supported powerpoint apps.
UNLIMITED DOWNLOADS - But its not unlimited downloads, and they are misleading. They have more than 4 mil assets and after buying yearly subscription for $180 - I have limit of 1000 downloads per month and they are adding 6000 assets every day, what's the point of all those assets when we can't even download more?
They have not mentioned anywhere about these FUP limits on the pricing page, except on their terms page in small letters. They should have mentioned this on the pricing page then I would have never purchased this subscription.
I guess I don't have an option but to be their customer and download only 1000 assets per month and crib about them.
They are absolutely cold and rude in denying my refund request too. I do not recommend this to anyone.
As a student, I enjoy the free access to lots of helpful tools like icons and stock images, for the ones that aren't free to me they are reasonably priced.,
