I got my order down to nine dollars and nine three cents. Then when I woke up this morning to pay it, it was back up to thirty one. I tried to add the gift card number again and it says it's unavailable.
Been following this product for a couple of years and am finally biting the bullet and trying it. After reading many positive reviews I decided to buy. Of course they want you to subscribe but you can do a one time purchase. The only negative in the in cashing out process is that I never saw an itemized amount so I could see what was charged to my account.
Really hoping that this product follows through with what it promises
At the ordering process, they ask if you want 20% off by clicking yes continue…… read that carefully as you are buying an add on! I do not want add on, have tried to stop it immediately. There is no way to cancel order. Horrible!
I wanted to purchase some foundation and accidentally signed myself up for auto replenishments that pre charges you for a years worth of product when you place your order. Trying to work with customer service to get this changed although website says they won't cancel this. The website makes it very easy to fall into this trap. Hoping customer service will correct this.
I have found the discounts or free gifts to be misleading. Receive an email or text about winning a free gift, go to site and it turns out to be the pay in 14 days offer. You do not need to do this to trick us into getting your products. Your products are great!
The foundation arrived broken in the box. Glass was everywhere and a complete mess. I will not be purchasing again. Having to return an item and wait longer is more work than I have time for. I was expecting better from all the adds and photos. Very disappointing.
It's a bit annoying when I don't have the product which I may love or hate, and I'm being bombarded with offers to purchase other items!
Just saying you could pull back a bit…let me receive it first!
Shopping was fine. But the website took me to Apple Pay without me being able to verify my address was placed correctly. I noticed that my address didn't include my apt #. So now I sit and wait to see if it can be added or if I need to cancel my order. Which would probably had been an easy fix if I could have just talked to someone.
1. I accidentally stared a subscription for a product. It delivered and also was the wrong shade (both issues were my fault.). Rep not only refunded me, stopped the subscription, told me to keep the other shade, and sent my correct shade to me. Wow.
2. The primer glides on, feels oily at first but dried smooth. Once I started using it, once I was out I realized how dry it felt to only use foundation without the primer.
3. The exfoliator easily spreads, easily wipes off, the beads work well, and the skin is noticeably softer after rinsing. A pea-sized drop really spreads for the whole face.
I not also use the foundations (woke up like this) and After Party, the black liquid eyeliner and pencil (mostly free gifts), some kind of lip tint that is great, eyeliner. I've got 1 or 2 different serums... All of the products are great!
I have gotten several things that I absolutely love. Ive been completely happy with each item and trying to add to my collection! You pay a little more up front but you definitely get what you pay for. It only takes a small amount of each so they last longer too! All definitely worth the purchase and I'll continue to add the things on my list.
Answer: YES YES YES - the foundation is the best I have ever used
Answer: Highly unlikely. They ripped me off and I never received the product
Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
