~I, Darren Slade, signed a contract on behalf of the Global Center for Religious Research (GCRR) with Robert Keller of InfoGlobalData.
~The contract was for InfoGlobalData to provide an email list of 2,156 contacts for $539.
~Per the contract, InfoGlobalData guarantees an accuracy level of at least 85% on the email deliverability of the project file.
~However, 359 of the emails bounced, which is an accuracy of only 83.35%.

~I provided Peter Davis (Senior Business Development Manager at InfoGlobalData) with a list of the bounced emails per his request.
~I was told that we would have a replacement list within 48 hours.
~Neither I nor GCRR have yet to receive a replacement list.

~I reached back out to Peter Davis and requested a full refund since InfoGlobalData did not meet their contractual guarantee and did not work to resolve the issue.

~We still have not heard back from InfoGlobalData regarding this issue, and InfoGlobalData has yet to issue a refund.

We recently purchased data from Infoglobaldata, and we ran email campaign with the list which gave us better results than expected.

I purchased a list from them, which bounced 20% and literally broke my email system. I asked for a refund and they said they would "take care" of it for me. 2 months later, no refund and the head guy says "take it up with your credit card company"

They were very quick to respond to our inquiries. Our representative was able to walk us through the exact details of procuring contact list. We are impressed by the customer service and we are happy with the results. We will be back to look at more lists.

My representative, was easy to work with and was very helpful throughout the process. This was my first experience with the InfoGlobalData and I'd absolutely work with them again.

We are new to list purchasing. Their support executive made the process painless and happily answered every dopey question we have. They have figuratively held our hand throughout the process and even clarified queries we never thought of ask. It has been nothing but a positive experience with the InfoGlobalData and team.

Garry lied entirely about the provided list. After going over the list I had found at least 30-50 businesses with contacts that I knew were out of business and a handful of other that the contact information was at least 7-10 years old. Tried reaching out and they will not return any emails or calls. Initially Garry said they would provide more additional leads if the list was not 80% correct. By our calculations the list is running at a 36% failed email rate and then of the ones remaining the demography for what we paid for is less than 1%.

We were researching a potential project and needed a strong source of data. When we reached out to InfoGlobalData, they responded and listened to what we require. Their customer support was amazing and there was no hard sell. They walked us through different options and help refine our ask until we had what we were looking for. They delivered the list within the time and we are happy with the results. I would recommend this amazing team and the organization.

We were just about ready to supply a $1,600 credit card authorization when we got cold feet. The more checking we did, the less confident we became. We started to question the integrity/accuracy of the lists we were about to purchase. They were ready to send us an invoice us for an email list of 7,300 but then told us it would take 2-3 days before they could send it to us because they would have to double check the list? They also had strange requests for partial credit card info. Just a very strange experience. John S.
