My email almost never goes through because the ipower smtp server is blocked by everyone. I asked ipower for a refund after complaining three times in one day about three different sites that blocked their smtp server's IP. They refused. I then asked for their address to serve legal papers, because I intend to sue them. They said they do not have one. In addition to bad service they are liars.

I had hosted with these guys, both personal and business. Tech support is pretty much incompetent. I'd get wrong answers all the time; if I called back about 4 times to different people I'd eventually get the right answer. Hosting prices are ok, but conversations over the phone with both support and sales mgmt staff reflect total customer apathy. I went elsewhere.

I've been with this host for too many years and keep hoping they'll get their server set up right with. Htaccess and URL configurations that have NEVER been right. They have hurt my business tremendously and I'll be moving on because they show my 1 website to have 3 different URLS and I am losing page rank due to their errors also. No matter what tool I use, they all show the same errors to check with the host about. I tried 20 times with them having no understanding of what to do about it. Terrible.
