POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
January 16, 2017

Placed an order on line on Sunday tried to cancel first thing Monday morning. Found same product for less elsewhere. Was told order was cancelled. Got confirmation order was shipped anyway. Called customer service, wouldn't let me speak to manager. I have to return product at my expense for refund. Will not order from them again.

I purchased the company lively plus version of hearing aids on Sep 18 2022 for $1,795.00 per their website they offer a 100 day money back guarantee. https://www.jabraenhance.com/product/enhanceselect100.
By my calculations that means I have had them for 51 days. During that 51 days the company I purchased from (lively hearing corporation) was purchased by Jabra GN. The surviving entity is still selling the product with the same warranty and guarantee. The product is supposed to pair the hearing aids with my iphone. Which as they checked and assured was a supported iphone version. But it does not pair all the time. Most of the time it does not pair.

I emailed and called support many times and finally got an email response informing me that the company not process any refunds for the product. No other reason were supplied. They did send me links to jabra enhance support sites which i tried and after many attempts, failed to resolve the problem.

Pricey but good.

I think the headsets are a bit pricey, you may get better value elsewhere (IMHO) but the build quality is OK.
