Everything went smoothly from picking an item, adding it to the cart, paying for it and shipping it without a problem to my address.

I received my personalized Christmas stockings today, and all I can say is: I LOVE THEM! Absolutely beautifully made, and I just fell in love with them! From the time I ordered them to the time I received them was only about 3 weeks. They are exactly what I was looking for. Great quality!

I found a cute little set in one of my local boutiques, but it was so expensive and it looked a lot like something I had seen online. When I searched again online later, I found it at Jane for literally more than $20 less. Was a little nervous about ordering here since I wasn't familiar with the brand, but it shipped quickly. Is exactly what I wanted! Very pleased.

This is the second time I've purchased handle wraps from Jane. They're cute, well-made, and functional.
My suggestion for improvement would be to include samples on your website of all the font styles you offer.

I love looking through the Jean emails and seeing the different items. I've ordered before and I've always been satisfied. I ordered these holiday kitchen towels for my daughters for Christmas and I am very happy with how they turned out.

My experience was fine - until I couldn't let them know i"d received my package without leaving a review- now I'm a little miffed

The blanket is the perfect size, very soft and just what I was expecting! All of my children have some variation of this blanket, so I bought as a gift. I hope the recipients love it as much as we love ours!

The shopping experience was no-hassle. I was able to find a specific product at a price-point that was 30% cheaper than anywhere else. Shipping was easy-peasy, and I received the product in a timely manner. Very pleased with my experience at Jane.com.

I love hopping on my Jane app to find unique gifts that I can't find on other selling platforms. It's easy to navigate and easy to get in touch with the vendor you purchase from. The feedback on the products individually are unique and not just a traditional "love it" or "hate it" option.

I ordered personalized blankets and a personalized storybook for Christmas gifts. They're good quality and I received them fairly quickly.

My experience was outstanding. I happen to order a size to big I received the item reached out. They were kind enough to send me a smaller size with a return label. I received the shirt put the old one back put the new return label and mailed it off definitely will order from them again. The process was outstanding and very kind and very very accommodating.

Purchase was great. The size runs small and I can't wear it. There's a no return policy on graphic tees so I'm out of luck. It was going to make a cute family picture.

This vest is very cute but runs small. If you want it to look like the picture I would suggest sizing up. I will keep it and give it as a gift.

I've received a couple of products from different orders with Jane. I am pleased with the quality of the beautiful sweater I received. Can't wait to wear it. The necklace with birth stones is just what I was looking for.
