I have ordered many times of this site. The items are as described, varied and offer good value. I experienced a delay in delivery and the customer service team did everything to accommodate me. Will definitely use again

This is my go to online spot for high quality stones at very affordable prices. The faceted stones are SO sparkly and catch the light beautifully. The prices are hard to beat too.
Customer service has been helpful the few times I've needed help with a item issue or lost package. Plus shipping is very inexpensive. Overall, I'm always satisfied with the products I receive :)

I haven't experienced any bad service from them. I had a late order once but they let me know about the stock that they were waiting for. I had asked them to rush my order and they did. Their website is well designed and oh my goodness you can find anything there. Its amazing.

This is not a UK company, even though there's a UK address on their website. The fine print tells you that the shipping and return address is another country! China.
Check sizes. What looked like normal pendants on the website are too small for a doll! It's all metric so Americans will probably need a ruler.
If you want to send anything back, it will cost you at least $16... making it not really worth it.
BTW - All this "credibility" stuff on this site... I'm not sharing my personal info for a review.

I couldn't say how much I love this website. Excellent prices, and quality you just cant beat. I was seriously shocked at how many genuine gemstone beads I could recieve for such low prices (15-30 inches for around 2-3 dollars, sometimes lower!) The customer service is prompt and personal. I will only shop this website from here on out. The prices beat out my local craft store a million times over.

I bought several times from this website and all i can say is that i always recieve what i expected, great quality and fast shipping considering that i am from Spain and this store is form Asia. Also they have very competitive pricing. For me is a win-win.

First and most importantly customer service is amazing! They handle things in a timely manner and are very pleasant to work with. 2nd, the quality of the items I have bought are amazing and I was VERY pleased with that! 3rd, the time it took to ship. My shipment took the amount of time it should coming from China to the United States. I mean, plan your projects and things a head of time. Dont rush the process!

Trustworthy site goods arrived within 5 days as estimated, customer service was very helpful when i was unsure about import duties etc they guided me step by step so yes i have no qualms recommending them and will certainly be back for more

I've been making jewelry for years, but always run into supply issues and sometimes never find another reliable source. The past few months have been great. I've found a supplier of magnetic stainless steel clasps that add such a great value to my product that will tells me that this company will see my continued support as long as they are in business.
