Beautiful, beautiful candles. The scents are just magical - there is so much to choose from. I am sure I will buy more in the future.

The scented candles are amazing. Their scent makes me feel relaxed and calm. I've bought some presents there for my friends.

I bought an e-gift card for my daughter-in-law for her birthday. Bought it on 6/29 and the money came out of my bank on 6/30. Her birthday was 7/3, and no gift card came. It's now 7/8, and I am still trying to get them to send it, and cannot get them on the phone. The phone rings, then you press 1, then the music comes on, and they tell you there's nobody available to answer the call and ask you to leave your name and phone number and email. I have called many times over several days and have yet to have reached them when I called. Too much hassle for me. I will not be doing any further business with this company!

As a young adult trying to make it in today's society so I don't end up living with my relatives until I'm 30... I decided to check into mlm business schemes to use as a side hustle. Jewel scent is a really cool business with brilliant ideas. I love they're products! So I decided maybe I should become a consultant. However, right after I signed up and read the agreement that I wouldn't be able to collaborate with other people that sell competitive products... I realized selling for jewel scent just wasn't for me. I have many friends that sell other products on the side and I would love to collaborate with them. So I contacted customer service and within a day received a very understanding kind response. I also received a full refund since I wasn't yet a vip. Good customer service is very hard to find these days as someone with customer service experience I know. So I thought they deserved a really good review for solving my issue in a kind timely manner. I will definitely remain a customer and continue to boost their business by telling my friends about it. Just selling it is not for me at this point in my life. It may be for some people though.

As an added bonus for calling to cancel a subscription for a 50 dollar candle each month. They ask you for your credit card number for verification purposes. Then they charge the credit card for a identity security subscription. You have the option to say no, but it does not matter as they charge you anyway. 4.99 now and a further 21.95 a month on top of the 50 a month for the candle. They give you a verification code. They don't explain how to get the refund. They tell you your new identity theft packet is on its way, tell you to hold... 5 mins later hang up on you. All with a delightful heavy Pakistani accent that you have trouble understanding. The rings are cheap crap! But hey... the candles do smell nice! Same smell is $10 at kohl's. Joke was on them though. I used a card that was pre cancelled. So no charge for their Id program. My wife bought the candles with paypal. Which I canceled in paypal. Enjoy!

I am taking time out of my busy day to write this review because of the positive experience I had with Jewelscent's customer service. My father sent my daughter and I both products from this company. Long story short he didn't realize he needed to choose ring sizes. They were gorgeous but huge. I contacted customer service and they decided to send my daughter and I rings that fit us, and allow us to keep the originals my father gifted us. This is normally not in their policy, as they only replace rings that are received a different size that placed on the order. They didn't have to do this, but their customer service was quick, kind, and they are good to their customers. I would recommend this Jewelscent for gorgeous quality products, rings, and 10/10 customer service.

There are so many different scents and products, it's hard to choose! The rings are gorgeous too. I've never been disappointed by what I've received. For those stating the rings turned your fingers green, it's not the companies fault. It is the chemicals on your skin and on the products you use that react with the metal of the ring that causes your fingers to turn green. Mine have never turned green. Also for those stating these are "dime store rings", the website states the minimum the jewelry is worth, so why are you complaining about getting a ring worth that amount? One of the rings I received looks like an expensive diamond engagement ring. I wear it on my left hand and people comment on it all the time thinking it's the real deal.

Placed an order through the website a week ago and have heard nothing about my shipment since it was paid for. The website which claims to ship within 2-3 business days offers an email for support but nobody responds to that either. When i emailed them i got an auto response saying my email was received and heard nothing back. This was meant to be a Valentine's day gift and considering they have not even filled the order a week later there is of course no way i will get it. Even if the ring is worth anything i would not recommend or order from them again

I love jewelscent bathbombs so much! They are such a great size! So much bigger than bathbombs you would find at a store such as bath and body works. These bathbombs also take a decent amount of time to fizz out and make my skin feeling great! Another great product is the body scrubs! They smell so good and leave your skin feeling fantastic! I love all of these products but the bath ones are defiantly my favorite! And of course who doesnt want a ring out of it as well! Once I got a $90 ring out of a trio candle it was so exciting and such a gorgeous ring!
