Ralph really is a business man that understands customer service. It is wonderful to be able to talk to an actual person to get the help you need especially when installing plumbing. My order actually got shipped back to the seller but Ralph called and said there was a problem with my address so I ask if he would send it back to me again, no problem so gave him my PO Box and I got the faucet and the shower head and he didn't charge me me to ship it the second time.
