OMG, this company totally messed their every responsibility at the wedding. I was so embarrassed and distracted by all their screw ups. It was as if we didn't have hours and hours of meetings planning all the detail. Not only did they mess up on the details, they messed up on the big simple things. They were unprepared, came with the wrong materials, didn't know what they were doing, executed poorly, and then insulted us when we expressed our disappointment after the wedding. Klock Entertainment was unprofessional and incompetent. Stay away from this company. The chances are good they will ruin your event.

Klock Entertainment totally ruined our wedding. We spent months planning with them and they broke every promise on our wedding day. The wedding canopy they built was all wrong and didn't work. In fact, they couldn't even get it to stand so they tried holding it up and then that didn't even work because it was collapsing on our heads during the ceremony. They made it so stressful and embarrassing. The whole thing was a giant mess. We paid them thousands of dollars and they basically stole it from us. They don't even deserve 1 star.
