This towel helps me stay active all do all the things I used to do before MS. It's great for field trips with my kids, amusement parks and even hanging out at a local vineyard enjoying the afternoon with friends. It stays cool but doesn't make your clothes damp. The best cooling scarf I've used. Great for people with MS or heat sensitivity. I love the fact you can wash the scarf separately and refil the ice packs continuously to stay cool all day. The design is also so considered, it's super soft (made with bamboo which is moisture wicking) and easy to wear and use. I wear mind around the house, to work, our walking and to the beach.
