Horrible experience despite tried to be as much as possible to be polite. Not responsive I asked to talked to manager and they were messaging each other in Chinese and they introduced wrong person as manager

I had KSI Kitchen Solutions quote on a full replacement kitchen. KSI was thousands of dollars cheaper. We are absolutely overwhelmed by our new kitchen. We asked third-party builders to quote on the install and all of them said: "The quality of KSI is great and we know their measurements and accuracy of workmanship will be perfect so the install will be easy".
