The Google Forms Notification is a huge time-saver for me, as an educator. I often use Google Forms to collect information from students and parents. Sometimes, a spreadsheet isn't the best way for me to review these answers. Say, for example, parents are completing a brag sheet about their children. I might need to print their responses in hard copy. At other times, I need to ability to easily forward along form responses to parents - like when a senior sends me their college list. While I wish these features were built-in to Google, this application takes care of that for me.
We purchased Save Emails and Attachments 1 year subscription about 6 weeks ago, we logged a ticket #******* Email content cutoff in PDF. No update provided at all. Repeated requests for refund. No response.
The product is not usable as it cuts off content in the PDF. Do not purchase.
They advertise that you can send up to 1500 emails per day on the premium plan. They also advertise that you can "Instantly Unlock" all premium features. This is BS. I have been a paying member for over 6 months with 2 premium plans and I pay 29.99 a month for each. I still can only send 400 emails per day-which is the free edition. I have paid $60 a month for 6 months total, and still cannot send the 1500 emails per day as promised. Customer service is a joke. IF you can reach somebody, they just send you a link to digital inspiration and say "follow this link" that is it. Response time is up to 48 hours between each reply, and it is the same reply. Digital inspiration and its author Amit Agarwal is an excellent resource web site. The site provide well to the point solutions and suggestion for common technology issues and problems. I work for a non-profit college access program serving low-income students. I wanted to use their add-on for Google Sheets Mail Merge only. Their pricing is very misleading as it says it's only $3.25 per month. So I chose that option, only wanting to use it one time. However, it is really $19.95 per month if you choose to be billed monthly instead of annually. When I contacted customer service via email, they were prompt in canceling my subscription and said my refund had been processed. However, there was never any refund processed. Since then, I have reached out 5+ times through email and their online customer service form, and have had zero help. All they said they do not understand why I want a refund, then continued to not respond to my emails, even after explaining all of the above.
If you need to do Mail Merge with Google Sheets, you DO NOT need to purchase their membership to use it AND there are other businesses out there that can do the exact same thing without charging you and with much better customer service.
The plugins do not work, and it is impossible to get a response from their support 'team' (I think it is just one guy). Save your money and don't waste your time! (I would give 0/5 if I could)
Support is doesn't respond you at all. Also, their app performance is too slow. Be aware please, otherwise you'd go crazy like me.
I was very disappointed as this product didn't work and the vendor didn't respond my my requests for a refund.
Same bad experience as the many other one star reviews. Confusing pricing. Unresponsive. Will not refund fees when switching services.
