Lakewood Park Manor

This place STARVED and neglected my grandmother to death. Please, if you love your family member DO NOT take them here. I have never in my life seen such a FILTHY, unprofessional facility in my life. The facility is dangerously dirty. I am not a germophob by any means and I literally took a shower and disinfected my shoes when I got home. I provided some photos of the dining room area...with a cigarette butt in it. It's a little off putting when you walk in and the staff in a small room with a tiny window covered in plexiglass are watching TV. My grandmother was there for two weeks and she was shockingly skinny it took my breath away. They starved my grandmother to death. She was so thirsty she drank 3 cups of water when I got there. This is unbelievable. I am sickened by the thought of how horrible she was treated. The staff is cold and beyond rude and disrespectful. They don't say hi, they don't even look you in the eyes. I don't write reviews often unless it's 100% necessary. This is scary, and DISTURBING. Even the hospice nurse said he would never leave his family member here...I'm heartbroken and angry my grandmother at the end of her life had to endure this. You guys are disgusting human beings and you should be ashamed of yourselves.
