We have an Epson printer and when we were asked to do a firmware update our re-manufactured printer ink cartridges were no longer recognized. Faced with a deadline we had to purchase very expensive ink. When I called to see if any thing could be done they seem happy to replace the original purchase with free shipping. When they arrived two of the four cartridges were not recognized by the printer. They replaced them again and are working perfectly.

I have been ordering ink from LD products several years for my HP ENVY 7640. All have worked as they were designed to do and on my scale it always shows how much ink I have.
First, was hesitant to order ink cartridges. New cartridges work great. Had one problem. They replaced the cartridge and said keep the old one instead of sending it back. Service is excellent

The cartridge shipped would not fit the copier. The cartridge was labeled the same as the manufacturer's original cartridge. Sent pictures of the cartridge next to the manufactures cartridge to show the difference in shape but still had to pay return shipping to receive a refund.

I bought 2 sets of ink cartridges for a Canon inkjet photo printer. None of the cartridges have even held the ink, leave alone worked in the printer. The ink was poring out once the cap was removed. A puddle of ink. I started opening other colors over the trashcan and it was a wise choice. It took hours to clean the ink tray from the printer. From there it was several calls and they screwed up the replacements for the ink that was opened, then they screwed up and did not send the return instructions. DO NOT buy from this company. I am still working on trying to get the refund they promised almost a month later. The incompetence of the service representatives is remarkable.

Like the other reviewer Barbara A., I've been using their toner for probably more than 20 years and it was great. Rarely did I get a bad toner and when I did they had a generous return policy. But unlike Barbara's experience, their current (end of 2014) product (Toner for HP 6P that I bought) and the return policy were atrocious - the toner spilled, and it took me over an hour to clean my printer afterward. The most outrageous thing is I had to pay roughly $30 to return the Toner via UPS even though the product was defective.

Rating should be zero! I placed an in July but never received the product. When I called to check on my order I was told that they were out and waiting for inventory. I cancelled the order that day, verbally and via email but they were then able to ship and bill me for the order. They would only issue credit if I paid to return the product. I paid to return the product (HUGE MISTAKE) They have received the product on 9/16/24 according the postal service, They acknowledged that and WILL NOT issue credit. I've made several phone calls with no result. It's December 2024 and I haven't received any resolution. THIEVERY. BUYER BEWARE!

I've been using their toner for 10 years or more and it was great. Rarely did I get a bad toner and when I did they have a generous return policy. They still have good customer service and return policy. That's why I gave them 2 stars instead of none.
This past year or so the text is faded or smeared in random places and not legible on the printed documents. I print legal documents so it's important they are good quality print.
LD products refunded me for one order and I replaced the toner with another order thinking they corrected the problems. I'm on my 3rd cartridge from the replacements and all have been bad.
In the mean time I've wasted a lot of time and paper reprinting.
I don't know what changed in their operation but I wish they'd go back to the time they sold quality products.

I ordered a W1380a compatible toner cartridge several months ago, it showed in stock, same day shipping, yada yada. I received the invoice and credit card charge immediately, email said we'll tell you when it ships. After several months waiting, I called and they said it hadn't shipped yet 'manufacturing delay'.
