Poor experience with online.Been a customer for 45 years.That's didn't matter sent me wrong order it's a long story plus chowder watery.This was an amazing restaurant about 5 years ago but under new owners and just not a place I want to continue with!

I have searched for a way to review Legal's new "Marketplace," but couldn't find one, so I will review here. I have been ordering Legal Seafood online for over 20 years and have always been delighted with their products. However, I just ordered 4 lbs of lobster meat at the outrageous price of $105.00 per pound. Though this price is crazy, and it didn't even include the ridiculous $69 shipping cost, it was for a very special occasion of family members who love lobster rolls, and so I placed the order.

So……what didI get for $420 plus $69 shipping? Four 1 lb bags of FROZEN! ROCK SOLID FROZEN lobster meat. Those of you who cook will immediately understand that once you freeze lobster meat, you forever change the texture and taste of this once beautiful product. Shame on you, Legal Seafood! " If it isn't fresh, it isn't Legal." Well, it looks like you sold your soul to the devil because your seafood is no longer fresh, yet you have no problem selling it at premium prices. You have lost a very long standing and loyal customer.
