For their fault, a transaction was canceled on October 2024 and the website I did pay did a refund, and they sent me the invoice and proof. On the other hand, Linkpay keep refusing that refund and the only answer from them is "the bank is checking". To mention that their costumer service is the worst ever and they reply only in 2 weeks, and a short sentence. HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND USING THEM.

Terrible service! 90% of my transactions were declined, so I decided to withdraw my funds. They've been "processing" my withdrawal for over four weeks now, with no end in sight. I later discovered this is a common issue, as they seem to make it nearly impossible to get your money back. If you're thinking about using this service, don't risk big amounts. Only deposit a small amount ($25 or less) to test them. Unfortunately, I learned this lesson the hard way, and I'll be sharing my story to warn others.
