I received my chair in four days after purchasing it. The installers were fabulous. They had to carry the chair up a very curved stairway up to my work-out room in my home. They were very professional and did a great job. And they disassembled my old, broken massage chair and took it away for me. And the chair... WOW! The shopping experience went very well, however the white glove delivery and putting the chair together, which I paid for, didn't go as I thought it might. I pretty much put the chair together myself.
The search for the chair was amazing and Shawn was very helpful. After a week and a half of researching and trying other chairs I decided with the Ogawa Advanced Drive chair. Delivery was within a week. They put the chair together very quickly and it works great! Only negative of the whole process was they chipped the paint on my front door jam.
