One of my favorite shops with excellent clothes, it is the middle market and here I can buy quality clothes for not all money of the world. Moreover, love their online app, quite easy to use and buy. Never have a problem with the return and contact center as many of us can say, if you save all labels and fill in "return paper" and everything will be good. My recent purchase was an excellent bag with nice accessories of gold and silver which will fit all my looks.

I ordered two separate orders (one item in each) around the Holidays that were going to be gifted to two separate people. I paid for expedited shipping for each order ($20+). They bundled the two orders together and sent them as one expedited package, while charging me for expedited shipping for each order separately. I called several times to try to get one shipping charge refunded, but kept getting the runaround from their customer care. Even asking to speak to a supervisor i would get told "there is no managers or supervisors working here"

Well, things have got worse with this company.
They have told me that my items were delivered after I complained about the delays.
I told them I have not had the delivery and they then sent me false documents from the delivery company.
The document showed a forged signature of mine and someone else's NIE number.
I sent them proof of my signature and NIE number, I sent this to the CEO at their head office without response.
I have ask for my 99euros to be refunded, they have not done so.
Terrible people

Never buy any pants here! Bought 4 gents pants, winter and summer differtent quality. After a short time the fabric was spontaneous torn in the middle of the fabric. Costs more than € 100 and we got € 10 euro back after only TWO months! 4 different pants; same story! Beware!,

I have ordered here more than 5 times and each time receive everything on time and immediately delivery door-to-door. Even though once a time I decided to return the jacket because it was too big and I looked too massive in it, and there was no problem with the return. You should only save all receipts and fill in the return paper correctly, also it is much better if you save the box and package everything like it was delivered to you. I even do not want to pay much attention to the quality of clothes from Massimo Dutti, cause all of them gladden your heart for years.

If MD thinks they're going to move to more online shopping (closing stores) then I think people who have experienced the same greedy approach to customers (as many have) should shout out loud and clear- DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHYSTER COMPANY. Trying to return Christmas gift items- no shipping label provided in the packaging requiring that you request it- then no response/ no shipping label- so much for free returns!. And now I hear they have not extended the return period in a pandemic when lockdown happened right after Christmas! The customer is ALWAYS right MD- and you will loose and have lost my business when you behave like this! Open up returns or I will post this every day!

I was pretty impressed with the store. I wish more brands like that were around. Most of my purchase are good. Thanks.
