Ordered April 6th. As of August 8,2020, still have not received item. Tracking number supplied shows "no result." No response to emails. They might be overwhelmed by orders, but it's still no reason to not respond to customer inquiries/
Ordered 3/31/2020. Thinking what fun this would be while quarantined. Charged $50+ dollars very next day. It took 3 weeks to get a supposedly fake tracking number. Every time I check it says unavailable. I'm so aggravated. Here it's now August, still NOTHING. I've gotten two emails that said it has been shipped. I will be shocked if I ever get them! Don't order from them! How are they allowed to constantly advertise throughFacebook? I constantly get promotions via email from them!
I purchased one of their paint by number canvasses on 2 April 2020 - charged twice@ $62.20 and have never received the goods. I emailed numerous times... once about 2 months ago a young lady said she would follow up where my goods were and the double payment from my credit card but have never heard back. I have made a complaint to Consumer & Business Services in South Australia but because it is a company based in Hong Kong they are unable to assist but were interested in my experience nonetheless. Have advised my bank who advised me to cancel my credit card which I will do. So unfortunately I've been scammed and learnt my lesson.
I ordered a painting in April, so did my Mother. She got hers a couple weeks later. I got mine almost four months later, in August. I emailed them, at least three times. No response until almost three weeks after I finally received it. I had already bought a replacement painting from Amazon, which of course came in two days. Will NEVER use this company again, EVER! I wanted to leave a review on their website but they don't have a spot, or at least i couldn't find one. I will keep looking. This experience has left such a bad impression on me that I will continue to try until I post that review! People should be warned!

Ordered April 9th, 2020. Never received them. They were gifts and everyone I purchased for is extremely disappointed and very angry. I go out of my way to let everyone know this so called company is committing fraud. This is especially Appalling when the world is in such financial hurt.
Buyer beware. They took my money April 14,2020 and it is now July 18,2020 and I have not received my order. I have sent several emails and they only responded to one. Do not order from them. Amazon takes less than 3 days.
9 emails to customer service over the last two months and have not had any response. It's been over 4 months now since they debited our credit card and we have not received our order or any response from the company. Boycott China. Bring manufacturing back to the USA!
People do not make any purchase from them, they are scammers, they are taking money, but you will not receive your item never.

I order folding chairs through one of there sites online they took my money and then shut down the site. I want to get my money back but they don't respond to your emails and no phone number to call and find out how to get my money back
I ordered paintings from Maxnovelty on May 25,2020, which was paid in full. The amount was $75.89. As of September 14th, I have not received my purchase. My repeated emails to their website get a standard response that everyone receives. DO NOT purchase from this company. Their BBB rating is a "F". I have since turned it over to my credit card company, and they have contacted the company.
Ordered 2 paint by number pictures in 15/4/20 and card instantly debited, and confirmation email received, 31st July and numberous emails, and still no goods. Tracking number is crap as it has not shifted since 28/4/20. All i get is a standard email blaming covid for delay. Do not use this company
I received the Tree of Life painting about 3 months after I ordered it. I did enquire as to the status of the order and about 2 days later I received it. I was nearing completion of the project and ran out of one of the main colors (black). I emailed them 2x and still have not received a response or another container of paint. I realize that black is pretty standard but I'm unable to locally source the proper sheen of the black color. I guess I'll just wait and see!
Ordered on April 4th and still haven't received my order. I also haven't received a response to my customer services requests. They say "contact us anytime" but fail to mention that they just don't bother responding. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
This company is horrible. Do not waste your money. I offered my paintings two months ago and cannot even get a response to my 4 emails. The tracking process is ridiculous. They are smart because you cannot post reviews. Extremely disappointed.

Ordered 2 paint by number sets on 4/10. Credit card charged on that day. As of 6/27 have not received order and no response to 5 inquiries. Going through credit card company for refund. But still getting new offers via email. A total scam.
Ordered a paint by numbers on 4/2. It is 5/15 and have received nothing. When I track the package it says, "label created." Have emailed 2-3 times asking for a refund with no response! Do not buy anything from them!

I ordered a kit for my granddaughter on 4/2/2020. As of today, 5/22/2020. I have contacted them several times telling them to just refund my money and they are ignoring me. Save your money, DO NOT ORDER from this bunch of con artists. Total scam. All of their good reviews have to be fake. These are the type of people that ruin it for legitimate on-line businesses.
