MobileUnlocks has some of the most courteous and patient and polite client support representatives that have ever attended to me. I was completely and thoroughly impressed by the professionalism demonstrated in the course of my unlock experience.

I was dealing with cold feet when i first contemplated unlocking my iPhone 8. Everyone else around me laughed away at my suggestion to unlock the device. Not MobileUnlocks. They were the only ones that saw and appreciated its sentimental value to me, and thus accorded my phone and i the proper respect and value we deserved, and because of this, my phone has been restored to full capacity.

Is what this company is doing illegal? Not quite, but they are very misleading in the way they operate. Although they mention in very small writing that no refunds are available for phones which are blacklisted, they are not clear that this includes all phones which are registered lost or stolen. What does this mean? Well, basically they are charging you for a service that you can get for free elsewhere. If your phone is locked, Apple will unlock it if you contact them with your IMEI (if not lost or stolen) and you can offer some proof of purchase or ownership. The same applies to being locked to an operator, you can get your phone unlocked for free via other services. The only reason you might use this service is if you have money to burn and can't be bothered to unlock your phone via free methods (it took 4-5 days for them to tell me they couldn't unlock my phone and were keeping my money). When it comes to refunds, expect to be met with radio silence from their end. I sent full proof that I had legally bought the phone and that it is not blacklisted and heard nothing back. All the stuff they tell you about "special services" and costs for companies they use is fantasy.

*UPDATE* I finally get a response back and I am told to "Suck it up and pay the fee, it will be done in 24 hours!"

Do not use this service! It is an absolute scam! They start off by saying $25 to unlock your device! That $25 is just a fee to get you hooked! Then they ask for additional money and say we won't need any more after this… then they come back days later and hit you with another $174 and will not respond to anything! Do not waste your time with this company. I am not the only one there are thousands more that have been ripped off.

I am writing to express my complete dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your company. The experience has been extremely disappointing — not only has my iPhone not been unlocked as promised, but I have also not received any refund or clear response from your support team. This situation feels unacceptable and unprofessional. Based on my experience so far, it gives the impression of a fraudulent service, as I have paid for something that has not been delivered. I paid these people money to unlock my iPhone and all they've done is drag me along for more than a week with endless excuses. First, they took $19.99 for some so-called "eligibility check" and then another $60 for a "standard unlock." After telling me the order was "in process" and even "99% complete," they suddenly started demanding another $90, and later $174, claiming my phone didn't meet their criteria. Basically, they lure you in with a lower price, then hold your phone hostage until you pay more. And when you ask for a refund, they hide behind "terms and conditions" and flatly refuse to give your money back. It's a total bait-and-switch scam. Customer service keeps repeating the same copy-pasted lines about policies and refund terms, but never actually solves the problem. They just try to pressure you into paying more. When I refused, they threatened with chargeback disputes and legal action! This company is dishonest, manipulative, and preys on people desperate to unlock their phones. Save yourself the stress and wasted money — DO NOT TRUST mobileunlocks.com.

The unlocking of my phone was very successful. The process took about 6 day, but it was successful all the same.

Needed an old phone unlocked for my daughter. Contacted mobile provider and they couldnt help. Came across mobile u locks and the whole service was super easy. There was an issue with the mobile provider and I was told I would receive my u lock code within 24 hours but received it within just a couple. Great communication through out keeping me updated. Would definitely recommend

Es hat ca. 24 Stunden gedauert, aber der Code hat auf Anhieb funktioniert. Nur fühlte ich mich etwas hinters Licht geführt nachdem ich gedacht hatte es kostet 13,49 und diese überwiesen hatte, aber dann noch einmal 41 gefordert wurden.

Might have taken a couple days but was well worth it having to use my phone with multiple SIM cards and not stress

The whole experience was nice and smooth. I was looking to unlock an old phone to gift to my Father as he lives on his own. So he has a way to reach out if he ever needs too. I was surprised that the service unlocked my old phone quite quickly.

Got a Samsung phone from my daughter as my old one only gets 2g. It was locked to Vodafone UK. I live in Spain and visited several mobile outlets to try to unblock with no success. Some wouldn't even try.
I found mobile unlocks on Google and was sceptical at first in case it was a scam but the whole process was very professional and I received my unlock code 4 days later. They had to contact Samsung direct as Vodafone didn't reply that is why it took so long. Very professional service Thank-you.

Very quick and easy to unlock an old phone i had for my daughter to use.
Just by entering a unique number off the phone they were able to quickly identify which supplier had the phone locked and wether it was eligable to be unlocked. Then once i placed the order i was kept fully up to speed with the progress of unlocking my device. I would recommend.

El problema principal es que, pareciera que en soporte estuviera contestando un Bot, no sé hizo desbloqueo de mi celular y se me mandó a hacer desbloqueo por USB. Sin embargo no existe una tal "ingreso de sesión" en su plataforma y no existe por ende la posibilidad de administrar y pedir desbloqueo remoto por USB.

La página me dio los códigos correctamente, si me preguntan que página recomendaría; diría que esta!

All the way through the process was easy to follow and straight forward. At first i was concerned that the process stopped and said they were contacting the phone provider, as it was late evening it took longwr than expected, got an email explaining everything.
Couple days later its all unlocked and i didnt have to speak to anyone! 10/10
